After much debate, I needed to have the foundation that had been poured removed and fill in the hole. I was really struggling to find anyone to even bid the project, let alone take the job. Rob, the owner, showed up, bid the job to my new GC, was forthcoming about when he could start and what the costs would be. He was no nonsense, good for his word. Showed up with his crew and equipment the day he said he was going to, and every day till the job was done. He came across many issues with what the previous contractor had done, but he also came to me with solutions and the means to fix them. You have to love a guy who brings you answers to the problems you didn't even know you had! It was one of those, "this couldn't have gone any smoother" transactions. His crew was very careful with their equipment and made sure not to damage any of the surrounding areas, i.e. sidewalks, trees, fences, the neighbors cars. I'm pretty sure that man could tie a shoelace with that excavator thing he was using. Rob did everything he said he was going to do and even more. He went above and beyond. It's very rare, and hard to find honorable, no nonsense guys like that these days. This is an amazing team. A well run business, and just an all around great company to work with. I couldn't be happier. It's hard to see in the pictures, but the "after" photos show where Rob actually had some rich soil brought in and planted grass seed in it for me!! Our project manager was Stefan and he was great. He explained everything and we got a very good feeling from him. Our sewer belly was unfortunately under the driveway which meant concrete removal and repair. We feared the job would be over $10,000. They did it for $6,500! The crew showed up on time and got right to work. It was amazing to watch. They removed concrete and dug a long trench so deep they were standing in it with only their heads sticking out. They replaced the pipe and did a post repair scope to show the water was properly flowing. Then the concrete guy came and patched where the concrete was removed. It was a long diagonal that went from one side of our 2 car driveway to the other. We feel that we got an excellent value for our $6,500. The crew Stefan sent out were very nice and considerate of our yard and property. There was a huge mountain of dirt in the front yard but they laid down plywood so after they were done there was only a tiny amount of dirt on the grass. We would definitely use this company again!

The contractor who was doing the flooring work highly recommended them to handle the task as well as to replace a deep sink in our laundry room. Both plumbers were polite, professional and very competent. When the time came to replace the pump after the tiling work was finished, they repositioned it into a much better configuration with the new PEX plumbing lines and connections neat, orderly and clean. Also, during the flooring job, a toilet that had been removed for the tiling work was no longer functional when it was replaced. Devin and Fred quickly diagnosed the issue and later acquired the correct parts to properly re-attach and repair the issues that had arisen. They worked late and insisted upon making sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving our house. On the day they arrived early (after calling to confirm it was OK). They got right to it, and had to drain the remainder of the oil, before cutting the tank into pieces. They were very professional, cemented over the wall where the pipes had been, removed the exterior pipes and cemented those. And laid down some odor-absorbing stuff to help with the smell. I'd recommend these for oil tank removal. (And by the way, my wife used them for her father's exterior oil tank decommission 2 years ago and it also went really well.)

I had quotes from 5 different plumbers and Repipe Specialists not only had the lowest quote, but…read morethey also handled all the extras, thus saving me from having to find an electrician (to install grounding rods to my electrical panel, since they were getting rid of the old galvanized pipe to which everything had been grounded. I did have to pay $500 extra for this work, but it was still less expensive than if I'd hired my own electrician -- I checked!) I also needed drywall patching where holes had to be drilled to secure the PEX pipe in my basement ceiling, and they had contacts to have that done as well, although I elected to go with my handyman to do the work. Also, what impressed me was their professionalism. Alvin walked me through every little thing that needed to be done and answered several questions I had. In fact, I thought of additional questions later and called him a couple of times, and within the hour he would return my call and answer my questions. After the grounding rods were hooked up, a team from True Blue Plumbing was contracted to do the work, and they are an excellent company! They came out within the week and finished the job in one day! The city inspector passed everything, although there was a problem with my old kitchen faucet. I called True Blue Plumbing and they came out the next day and installed a new faucet for me without charging me for the extra labor.
