What I love most is that unlike other Açaí places that only give you a couple ingredient options, Trubowl offers a full menu of creative combinations plus a build-your-own option, which sets them apart in a big way. Service has been outstanding each visit. The staff greets you with a smile, they're kind, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable about the ingredients and recipes. You can tell they care about what they're serving. The ambiance is clean, modern, and welcoming. It feels new, healthy, and approachable. Honestly... I think I will become a regular.

I waited over 20 minutes while she made other items, even though I was the only person in the store. When she finally started my açaí bowl, it took her maybe a minute to make. Then she told me they were out of bananas--something that definitely should have been communicated before I ordered or at least before I waited that long. On top of that, the bowl was missing bananas and blueberries, and the overall service was just very rude and dismissive. I ended up feeling like I wasted both my time and money. Really disappointing experience, especially since I've always liked coming here
