Depends because it's like what was prior to COVID/-19. Especially, with whatsoever has happened to plastic drinks cups for all sizes. Now, it's only available up to both kids sizes (10/16 oz). I normally like Jamba Juice and as this is my local store it is where I usually go. The issues with my order- 1) I understand that prices have increased, just like they have on everything else, but at least fill my cup up to the top and don't leave an obvious gap. 2) I should not be biting into 7-8 pieces of chunks of fruit in my smoothy. 3) Smoothy should not have a runny consistency unless it has been sitting out which it had not. read more

The easiest thing for employees to do is acknowledge customers when they walk in to the store. I just left this store because I was standing at register with another customer for atleast 30 seconds to 1 minute. Which might not seem like a long time unless you're standing in silence waiting for some service. The two employees looked at us twice, and went back to what they were doing. Beware of this place!! I went here on 11/28/20, someone came in without a mask & the guy at the register (receipt says Rogelio B) told them that it's "ok if you don't have a mask". Guess who ended up with covid? I did... this place is a super spreader. I talked with the owner David who said " he's not going to make his employees be mask police". And that it's not mandated in This area to wear a mask. I am now worried about losing my life, I went to Jamba to boost my immunities. Most of the time I self isolated, usually only venturing out for a smoothie. I've been here a few times and they're always pretty quick with getting the orders ready on time. The employees are good, and they sometimes give you the overflow of your drink in another cup so if there is someone with you, they can taste your drink, and who knows, maybe they'll get hooked, haha! The store is clean. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is very nice because it's a nice plaza with a Starbucks next door and other restaurants and stores so it's a pretty chill place for mornings to hang out and ease into your day. I used to work in Westlake Village on some days and I loved going here for my lunch break and just relax. The outside seating has chairs, tables, umbrellas, and even some comfy couches, which is not just for Jamba Juice, but all the neighboring stores. They are open for curbside or takeout atm. Nevertheless, friendly/bubbly girls working behind the counter recommended the Electric Blueberry Lemonade. The ELB is a seasonal drink. All I can say is, Yum! If you like your smoothie on the tart side, this is a smoothie to try out before the drink gets pulled off the menu. The lemon is obviously the reason why the drink is tart but I could still the other flavors (strawberries mixed berry juice blend fat free vanilla frozen yogurt, raspberry sherbet, peaches, blue spirulina). I stopped in this location this morning for a nice boosting smoothie to start my day. The girl at the counter was very sweet and guided me thru her recommendations based on what I told her I was looking for. She talked me into the mango fruit juice and kale smoothie. The smoothie itself was ok at best and in fact tasted very chalky. Once I was finished there were weird chunks of I'm not really sure what exactly, which kind of weirded me out. I'm sure it was either not blended all the way or supposed to be there, but I would have appreciated a heads up. Don't go to Jamba often since Starbucks is right next door and I prefer Blenders better... I did recently get the yogurt with the mango and granola on top. It was quite good! The price was about $4.50, thought it was a little expensive but very good. The size was a 16 or so. The mornings are hard sometimes, they aren't slow but usually only two people work there and when I need to get to work I get a bit inpatient since I don't have all the time in the world. I have never had a bad drink here, I really enjoy the Caribbean. The service at this location is also not too bad, everyone seems to be fairly nice and helpful. read more

Jamba Juice is my go-to for fruit smoothies. I won't make this long, since most people already know what this place is all about by now. My favorite flavors are Strawberry Surfrider and Orange Dream. The orange dream is like an orange Julius. Service is usually pretty quick. This location has a few indoor tables and ample outdoor patio space with quite comfortable seating and great scenery. So frustrated. I used to always do curbside pickup during Covid as I generally have a baby & toddler in the car and I'm pregnant. Today, a rude employee said she wouldn't do curbside pickup. I told her I didn't bring a mask because I've always done curbside pickup. She says "don't worry, there's no one in there." So I walk inside and there are THREE people inside the tiny store!!!!! Not offering to bring the smoothie out, ok fine. Maybe they changed their rules. But blatantly lying?! I'm pregnant and was forced to go inside without a mask!!! I visited this Jamba Juice while in town. I have some food allergies (added cane sugar and gluten). I asked the associate taking my order for help with the menu she directed me to a section to order from. I chose two options. However, upon asking specifically what went into the drinks she was not sure so she asked her manager who also said she didn't know. One item was listed as 'lemon', when I asked how they add the lemon, they proceeded to tell me it was lemonade (w sugar they think but are not sure, apparently could not look on the bottle), the other drink listed oranges and strawberries, when I asked if this was whole frozen fruit I was told it was orange strawberry concentrate which they think had sugar (again, could not be bothered to check the container). When I asked if there was anyone in the store who could help direct me to the correct section of their menu, or who knew the menu, I was told everything had sugar added. Now, I am pretty sure this is not the case as they supposedly have fresh squeezed juices. However, I left, if the manager can't take a minute to help a customer out, then I am not giving them my business. Poorly staffed, educated and customer service trained location!! read more

I have been to this location twice and both times I have notice unsanitary things happening. I think they need to be extra careful specially now with this pandemic. The first time I had to remind one of the guys to wash his hands as he was handling the computer and money before he tried to go and make some smoothies. Today I saw the trash lid on the counter, no one was wearing gloves, there were cleaning sprays on different parts of the prepping area including 2 inches from where all the frozen fruit area is. They touch their masks constantly and they throw their lids and blenders into the sink. I worked in the kitchen for 10 years and some of their practices raised some concerns. I asked one of the employees if they were supposed to use gloves and she said no. I won't be going back to that location. read more

Flavor / Quality: 2 Jamba Juice is notorious for their high calorie milkshakes that they parade around as "healthy smoothies", and this location is definitely guilty lol. So I may be just reviewing every Jamba Juice out there. I tried to do some research prior since I wanted a basic protein breakfast smoothie with the least amount of ingredients. I choose the PB Love. I asked what was in it and they said, PB, bananas, soy milk, chocolate moo'd. I was like...nice. So I ordered the large. It was delicious and way cheaper than an organic juice bar nearby. Tasty as I'll get, but I still had that uneasy feeling that I was basically drinking candy. So I popped open my MyFitnessPal app to verify and yes...the large would cost me 840 calories!!! WTH? I read blogs and did mental math: PB and Bananas and Soy Milk isn't going to get the calorie count more than 300, what gives? Oooooh, the mystery ingredient..."Chocolate Moo'd Base" - try to google it and it is just that, a mystery. No one knows what kind of crap is in that base, 500 calories and the 45g of sugar (more than some candy bars) came from that base. Disgusting. That was the last straw, I chucked the other half of the smoothie (milkshake) in the trash. If I want to splurge on a milkshake, I'll have a real one, with real ice cream. Value: 2 $8 for a large milkshake...er Smoothie. Not a bad price for a smoothie, definitely expensive for a milkshake. Service: 2 Employees were patient with me as I asked them many questions, unfortunately they were as knowledgeable as I wanted them to be as neither could explain to me what was in the mystery Chocolate Moo'd base!!! Ahhhh, Jamba Juice. I have loved you since discovering your carb-and-sugar-loaded goodness struggling through college some 7 years ago now. However, lately you have been quite a disappointing tease, JJ. This location, in particular, has always proven a struggle, which I will discuss in more detail below. I adore green tea, and was absolutely psyched when a good number of smoothies started using a yummy green tea base (i.e. the Tahiti Green Tea, Fit n' Fruitful). However, on my last stop here before work (See? JJ's watched me grow from college student to working professional before its' very eyes!), the Tahiti Green Tea was off the menu. The Fit n' Fruitful does not use the green tea base anymore and just is not as flavorful and "fruitful" as it boasts in the name. JJ always seemed to eventually take away my menu favorites (remember the Tangerine smoothie from years back?! Mmmmmm), but never this quickly! This Westlake Village location is troublesome because they never fail to forget my Jalapeo Cheddar Twist, Wheatgrass, or any "additional" item I purchase with my smoothie. Seems to be bothersome only here. Anyhow. I've always enjoyed Jamba a lot more than Robeks, but since Robeks is right near me, and doesn't rip awesome smoothies off the menu every 2 months, it's starting to appeal to me more and more with each passing day. I love this place! I take my kids here and was very pleased when they started doing the kids meals and drinks (until then I was splitting a 16oz between the two of them). I love the kids meals, and the juice selection is excellent too (although I have only tried a couple of juices). I just wish they did more food for adults (although the kids cheesy pretzel would be fine for an adult too), like sandwiches or wraps.
