This store is vibrant, adorable, and psychedelic. They have a lot of cute clothes and jewelry. They also carry a lot of what I call millennial core decorations with fun little sayings on them. I loved them!! It is definitely boutique pricing with things being on the more expensive side. I ended up picking up a few cute birthday cards. I loved their employee of the month. Bonobos has different cuts (regular, slim, athletic, full) and Cecilia was awesome in finding exactly my size and "cut". They have been having a 50% off sale and I fell in love with a beautiful painting which I purchased for my birthday. I paid the asking price and they were to ship it to me in Australia. There were many signs in the shop saying everything was discounted. I had the perfect position for it in my bedroom just waiting for this beautiful work of art. I should have taken it with me and not trusted them to ship it for me. If I had walked out with it that would have been the end of it. My painting! Paid for ready to hang. Come Monday I got an email saying I could have a credit note to spend in the store or pay the other 50%. I responded that I wanted the painting sent as per our contract of sale which I had made with them. They then said I could have a total refund or pay the other 50%. I said I did not want this and my efforts to call them and speak with them were ignored. Then I received an email saying the refund had been done and i would get it in about 3 days. Again I rang to speak with the owner however she did not take my call or return my call as requested. I was also told they were not able to discount this artists work and they were sure I would understand that. No ... I do not. When I made the purchase the woman behind the counter was very explicit about the price and told me she had sent out an information sheet on all the paintings to their mailing list at the 50% price. I believe that someone else offered them more money for the painting and thus they negated my purchase and took the extra from another buyer. Of course I have no proof of this however it is the only thing that makes sense. I feel like I have been treated with contempt and would not recommend this company to anyone. They could not even return my phone calls.

While visiting Trolley Square today, we stumbled across this store- the Mecca of bath bombs. Yes, they carry the ones we know and love, but they also had additional varieties that I had not previously seen. There was a nice young man watching over the store and offering assistance. Colors and designs are bold, but not loud or outrageous. Fragrances are wonderful, not artificial, and made with essential oils. Everything feels fun, yet grown up. They are particularly known for their Apocalypse bomb, which turns your bathwater BLACK, and looks pretty freaking BA (impressive, given we're describing a bath). You can find their products at local area groceries and other stores, but the actual shop is worth seeking out as it offers everything they make, and it is so much fun packing a custom tube or putting together a gift box. Last weekend, I stopped by Trolley Square for Normal ice cream (get some!), and while there, saw Cosset was having an anniversary sale. The deal that most caught my eye were prepacked tubes of "misfits" (a much cuter name for seconds), priced at $8.00. I thought I'd smell all the bath bombs to pick my favorites and hopefully find a tube that contained a majority of them, but quickly found that every single one smelled amazing, and I loved them all! Goods are produced here in Salt Lake, and I believe they use salt from our very namesake lake! Prices are reasonable, and the employees at the shop have always been helpful and lovely as can be. Also of note, as I was checking out, one of them explained that the newer versions of their bath bombs contain additional beneficial ingredients like Himalayan sea salt and (in the case of the Let it Go therapy ball) tourmaline crystal powder. What?! Call me basic, but you can bet I want to bathe in gemstones like a true princess.
