My home warranty company, American Home Warranty, recommended this company to fix a leaky kitchen sink. The first problem was trying to schedule the appointment as they made every excuse in the book for why their technician repeatedly kept failing to keep a scheduled appointment or call to let me know they were not going to show when they said they would. When we finally did get an appointment confirmed, the technician Chris drove up in a small car with no signage indicating he was sent from a professional plumbing repair company. He did not arrive with a professional tool box. He rolled in with a screwdriver and a chip on his shoulder. As it turns out, looks were not deceiving at all. There was nothing professional about his service. After complaining about how the plumbing in my fairly new build construction was installed improperly, he claims he fixed the leak but that his repair might last up to a year and it would have to be repaired again. When I asked what could be done to repair it on a more permanent basis he then suggested that I would have to pay $300 out of pocket as such a repair would not be covered by insurance. When I called my insurance company immediately after he left, the insurance company said they would of course cover the cost of a long term replacement of the broken pipe if the technician was unable to repair the leak. The very next day I noticed that the leaky pipe Chris the "so-called" technician supposedly fixed was leaking again. When I contacted Tri County Plumbing that day to let them know the pipe was still leaking, Chris answered and immediately got extremely defensive, touting his years of so called experience and that he was not going to argue with me about the still leaking pipes (mind you I had not argued at all at this point, I simply told him his repair job obviously did not work). He then yelled that I needed to find a new plumber and he HUNG UP ON ME. I have never in my life been so rudely treated by someone who purports to be a professional service technician. I agree with the one other reviewer who said they deserve less than one star. Please do yourself a favor -if you ever have any plumbing needs DO NOT CALL THESE INCOMPETENT, CHILDISH AND RUDE FOOLS.

I had our septic tank pumped out today (11/23/20) and I was very happy with my choice to go with M & S Septics Services. Our technician, Bruce, was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided my wife and I with some suggestions to help improve issues we have had with our septic for several years. We truly appreciated Bruce's work, customer service and expertise. I followed up my service with a call to M & S and spoke with Debbie to relay my conversation with Bruce and to set up additional follow up work. Debbie was also very professional, informative, and extremely personable. I would definitely recommend M & S Septic Services, if you are looking for an honest, professional, efficient company with excellent customer service. They earned our business based on this great experience.

As soon as I started looking and actually put my information in the searches, I started receiving phone calls from different vendors. I got a call from Middletown Septic Tank Cleaning and spoke with the woman on the phone who told me what the prices would be for finding the tank, digging up the lid, and pumping and cleaning it out. I made the appointment for this morning at 11 a.m. I heard a truck outside around 10:30 and sure enough it was them. I spoke with Isaiah(Whitey) and John who were very helpful in answering any questions I had. I was amazed how quickly they found the tank and access cover in my yard. It wasn't anywhere where I would have thought it was. As Whitey told me he has been doing this for 50 years, I asked them what the proper timeline of getting it pumped, anything I can do to prolong the life of the system and they told me everything I needed to know. When all is said and done , the price was right where the woman on the phone said it would be almost to the dollar. I even bought a year supply of their recommended tank treatment product just so I have it. I couldn't be happier with my first time ever dealing with the septic system, the professionalism Middletown septic cleaning. I already have them in my calendar to do a cleaning and two years. The last thing I want to do is fix a failed septic system.

The distribution box was flooded; which they had to have seen before because they mentioned sometimes when they open it fluid will shoot up from pressure. But, they said they did not know what to do, had to ask other people in the company, charged me and left. NO RECEIPT. NO REPLIES TO MULTIPLE CALLS AND EMAILS. NO FIX.
