So I decided to give Earth's Healing another shot. I heard the new building was open and that everything was great. I genuinely want it to be, since its the closest one to me, but no. They now have this "New Thing" where they have to scan your ID's twice. Once at the door and again at the window. Their security literally pulled out a phone from their back pocket and took a photo of my ID! I mean the optics of this is unreal! I don't know if that's the dispensary's phone or some weirdos. The lady in front of me was obviously concerned and she made it clear. They stated its to make sure that the ID's are real. I have a medical card, you know who I am. If you really want to make sure they are real, then do it at the window at one shot! Not by having Barney Fife pulling out a phone from his pants and taking a picture of it! For some things you want to play covid, but for others, you're like let this man touch every ID that comes through the door! I shouldn't have to feel like a criminal to buy at your place. Does anyone get carded twice at a bar, club or casino? None of these places tell a 40 year old man, his ID might be fake just to buy something legal, when he is obviously old enough to buy. None of the other dispensaries do this, which tells me its unnecessary. No keep your long lines, your not gonna make more money selling my data to 3rd parties. read more

I ordered my medication over the phone they told me it would be ready when I got there 3 hours later got to the express line and I told them I need to pull the money out of my account can I use the atm they told me I would have to wait 15 to 20 mins to use it bc I had to be put in line with the walk ins how does any of this make since to be a express line I was told that was their policy that the customer show have their money ready by the time they get to the window how as a customer should I know what the total is until I get to the window and I'm told why the price is and they had the nerve to look and act like I was in the wrong (smh) how is this right ???? I've only been to this dispensary a couple of times...last night I stopped by to grab some medicine...it was almost closing time and there were several other patients waiting also....the girl at the front asked me for my driver license in addition to my medical card....i had not had them ask me for my d.l. before and when I asked the female employee if she was going to give me the license back she rolled her eyes and glared at me....she responded with some semi sarcastic remark....rolled her eyes again....ive gone to pretty much every dispensary in town...and never have I been treated like that.... I wouldn't give them ONE star!! But had to leave review. First of all I've been going to this dispensary for over 3 years. I've had my issues with them, but always seemed to try to make me happy. I spend thousands of dollars a year here mind you. This time was it. I had to leave a review. I bought an OZ of Las Vegas Triangle Kush last week. Smelled good, taste good, got you high. But was tainted. It had some kind of web material INSIDE the buds. I opened many buds, found the same. It was harsh, and irritated my throat. So I was told to bring it in, if they found the contaminant, they would replace my OZ. So I brought it in, showed the GENERAL manager. He said the guy I talked to didn't say that, even though he was on speaker phone, with my friend listening. And he refused to replace my product. After he found it was tainted. Then asked me to leave. When I said "As soon as you replace my product I will". He proceeded to say that he would get security to kick me out. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. How can you go to a place that won't stand behind their product? Hundreds of dollars every other week. How would you like if there were a rat's head in your cereal, would ya eat it?? I've been into Earth's Healing a few times now. It's a little bit out of the way, but they usually have good prices. Today, I went in because they seemed to have the best Black Friday sale in town. When I walked in and smelled the fresh flowery aroma in the air, I knew I had made the right choice. The staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. They always have a large selection and lots of information, and have magnifying glasses handy. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room, although it always seems busier when I leave than when I get there. The sales floor is small, so there's usually not more than two customers back there at a time. I have found some seeds in more than one of the products I bought at Earth's Healing. Not a lot of seeds, by volume, but it makes me question their supplier's quality. I was raised to believe seedless was best. I was pleased to see they now accept debit cards, with a small transaction fee. That's a nice perk for what otherwise seems to be a cash-only line of business. I saw that they also deliver virtually anywhere in town, again at a small fee. read more

I have been going to Earth's Healing since I moved to Tucson 2 years ago, they've been great, until recreational marijuana was approved. Now the medical patients are not worthy of their business. I've been to them twice since recreational was passed and I have to wait in line until all the recreational are taken care of, god help you when they keep coming in. This last time I asked to speak with a manager regarding this matter and he suggested I take my business to The Prime Leaf. Guess where I will be going to give my business to. I love Earth's Healing. They are always friendly and helpful and have a good selection to choose from. They have weekly specials so watch out for the days that they have sales because this place can get packed. I once waited here for 45 minutes...but it was worth every minute so it's ok. They recently did a renovation inside and it looks a lot newer and cleaner than it did before. I also come here because the cannabis is always fresh and not completely dried out like some places are. No chemicals or additives are used in their flowers. Overall, awesome place. read more

They basically did nothing and I'm pretty sure that's a HIPPA law violation. They also almost always give the wrong pen cartridge strain and flavor. One time one of the pen cartridges broke as I was screwing it on, brand new out of the package, and they made it sooooo hard to exchange it even tho I called 5 minutes after I left and it was completely not my fault, was a faulty pen. read more

They're almost always great. Service is good set aside from giving them my preferred name due to being trans and they completely ignore that. Also, they have this minor but major issue where if they run out of a product, they won't tell you or offer something else unless its brought to their attention. DO NOT GO TO THIS DISPENSARY!!!!!! I was told from the "budtender" there was only one ingredient...coconut oil in their cartridges...after getting sick from smoking I read the ingredient...7 additives...absolutely no coconut oil at all. First time I called about it they laughed at me. Today I called and was told there was nothing they could do...I was put on hold and talked to the manger...he also said there is coconut oil but THERE IS NO COCONUT OIL in these cartridges...here is what they are lying to you about...the actual ingredient: potassium silicate humic acid root enzymes veg enztmes carbohydrates super thrive h202 the manager had the nerve to say to me that I should have checked out the ingredients before leaving the store...why would I suspect the very person waiting on me would blatantly lie about the ingredients? I spent 75$ and they offered me a 30$ store credit. There are so many good honest dispensaries out there...stay away from this place! Used to be my significant other's favorite place to go, and now they really screwed the pooch on this one. So we live at least 40 minutes away from this place, and always enjoyed the atmosphere and the people. One night my partner purchases her prescription from them and after getting home, she discovered they gave her the wrong product. We think no worries, we'll just return it intact and with the receipt the next day since its a bit of a commute. So she gets there and explains the situation and the rude girl there tells her it was her fault, and they cant do anything about it. How infuriating that is to have medicine that she can do nothing with and even worse, it's to treat her PTSD which she sustained from a decade long domestic abusive relationship. She was already on edge and the heartless lady didn't even try to make reprimands to help her and basically said it was her fault. Classy customer service. This triggered her and did not help in anyway, not to mention she has $40 worth of useless product and is already struggling financially. Shame on you Earth's Healing. Way to treat a loyal customer. Nicely brought ALL of these concerns to the bud tender who just walked off turning me over to another girl who was very nice but still stole my free gram & offered no good business effort to make me happy so called manager by phone afterwards & she cared little if at all making only excuses not solutions, accountability or any offer of comp. product to try and make me believe they actually cared about me, what I say about them or let alone come back,, wow I expected this from BIG operations but not Vicky's mom & pop operation D-... TOO many better options like EGC 5grams shatter 100 or 125 ounces. So I've gone back to this place after several problems and giving it a year. They have obviously heard the criticism and up their game significantly. thought i loved this place. nice staff and what i thought was good customer service, i had always enjoyed my visits there untill this last week. i spend 160-250 dollors every 2 weeks there, you would think that after such customer loyalty that they would care if they sold moldy weed, yes i said it and you read it correctly.they sold me and eighth of cherry skunk that tast like mold and refused to do anything else but give me a pre-rolled joint in its replacement... really earths healing? a 48 dollor joint are you kidding me . they called me a liar and said they have testing to check for that stuff, .yes i know this but as per your own employees statement and i quot (unfortunatly some mold slips threw sometimes},end quot. so wheres the customer service. i will be taking my bussiness elsewhere from now on. obviosly this place cares more for the dollor than its customers that make thier dollors. cant wait for 420 ill be present telling everyone about this places moldy medicle weed i will also be posting writting the health department as i am dissabled and you just sold me a harmfull product read more
