Then when I asked for clarification (because I wanted a one-time clean from the start) I was met with confusion and aversion. I was told very limited information about hourly pricing (which changes during business hours) but they would not explain ANYTHING to me. I was told they no longer have availability for up to 3 weeks and that they don't have a daytime crew. Ashley was very kind, upbeat, and professional. When I quickly explained our issues with previous cleaners (e.g., leaving without cleaning bathrooms!, constant rescheduling, tracking mud throughout the house!), she understood and I quickly got the impression that she runs an entirely different cleaning company. Ashley herself came to my house for the initial free consultation and took detailed notes. We have had monthly cleanings for several months, and we have had absolutely no issues. The person I was talking to said she wouldn't charge me since I was unhappy. Guess what? They charged me because they "worked so hard". When I got home I discovered all they had done was the stovetop, part of the kitchen counters and one shower. Do not use them. I contracted for a service not a set number of hours.
