We were there first thing in the morning and treated professionally, respectfully and politely. Our first visit there the place was very clean and smelled wonderful. These dogs are not easy to groom and their recommendations as well as procedures were explained so there wasn't any confusion. Approximately 4 hour grooming. When we arrived to pick them up, both boys looked handsome and smelled amazing. They were just laying in safe location watching other dogs get the pampering they just received. Gravy is dog reactive, so I was apprehensive about boarding him with other dogs. The staff there have been amazingly accommodating with him, and there's never been a major incident. When one minor incident did occur, to no fault of the staff, they called me immediately to let me know what was going on. Gravy seems genuinely excited to get dropped off there, and the staff seems to love him. The photos they take of him each day reassure me that he's having a fantastic time. I can't imagine going to another boarding facility.

We have a 4 year old Great Pyrenees mix and he was in rough shape. But thanks to Dogz Gone Wild, they fixed him right up! I'm sure long haired dogs aren't the easiest to groom, especially when their undercoat is a bit matted like Teddy's was. He looks absolutely amazing now though! He came home happy and looks like a brand new dog. The staff is so friendly and communicate really well. We were updated the whole time. They took the time to really care for our dog and did a thorough job. We can't wait to see them in 8 weeks when Teddy goes back!!

We didn't want to take her to the vets to have her nails done so we went to Once Upon A Dog. Gail (owner) was so loving, gentle and kind. Her nails were overdue and Gail did such a wonderful job, so careful and professional. Grooming was done out in the open so we were able to watch, Gail talking to her the whole time. Mandy was great for her and LOVED getting her ears cleaned (picture chocolate lab with closed eyes and smiling) Masks were worn by all. Very clean and inviting. Highly recommend.
