(Good!) Work will cost $1,200 and approximately 2 days with the car. (I'm fine with that.) I asked if I could schedule an appointment, he said sure, but don't have anything until a week later. (I'm okay with this, they are busy) That Monday comes up, my husband dropped off the car... I called Wednesday, to see if there was any updates, cuz he said 2 days he would be working with it. He said that the part was delayed, was supposed to come that Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I asked him if he did something in the car, like taking any parts out, at least, that once the part that needed to be replaced arrives it's just to replace and put everything back together. So, I called Thursday, and he said that the part he ordered, was not the one my car needed... So, my car was sitting there for 4 days!!!! He didn't call for anything. He never touched my car at all, every mess that I had in my car, was exactly as it was before. And I'm talking about the dash. The lack of communication is WILD!!!! I'm soo disappointed, because I get it... it's something that is a really hard thing to do, but if you are not capable and comfortable doing it, why you made me loose my time?

Okay, where do I begin? Came from New York to bring my 88-year-old dad to an eye doctor…read moreappointment. On the way back to his house his truck started to smoke and turned out. It was a transmission line that failed. I was on the side of the highway with a handicap father. Like I said, I am from New York and have no connections or family in Pennsylvania. I proceeded to call a shop that was around the corner from my dad's house. Said he couldn't even look at my car till next week. I called Rob's Towing and they couldn't seem to do enough for me. There was no way my handicap dad to get into a tow truck and I had no other way to get back to his house. They proceeded to send a small four-door pickup truck plus the tow truck to tow my vehicle. They got the vehicle back to the shop and knowingly. I'm from New York could've taken advantage of me which they did not. To my surprise. The proceeded with care and explained everything that they were doing to my truck. The truck turned out to work perfectly, and they even washed my truck because there was transmission fluid all over it. No doubt if I ever lived here, this would be the only place that I would take my vehicle. Thanks to all the guys that showed the patients and care to take care of my vehicle for me to get back home to me.
