Once we started the remodel process everything was super easy and straightforward. The team did a great job on the work and even touched up the paint in some areas and hung a new light that I ordered. When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall! The team also did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day when they left - they didn't leave so much as a speck of dust behind. I am in love with my new kitchen.

Let's see where to start, I hired Edgar for remodeling a bathroom for my grandma. My grandma is a…read moreheart patient and had issues with walking, so we had decided to put in a stand up shower and redo the entire bathroom. The work was done fine, but it was after the payment was made. The shower was leaking and I pointed it out to Edgar who said that it's a defective shower, so I had ordered another one and waited. Not only the shower was leaking, there was no hot water. He had mentioned that he will have to break the wall, this and that. After almost two weeks of going back and forth and my grandma not having a working shower, I ended up calling up my plumber who fixed the issue. The issue was with workmanship and where the installation wasn't done correctly. After paying the plumber $300, I finally get a message back from Edgar saying that he is sending someone and since this isn't a workmanship issue, I have to pay him $300. So pretty much, the job done was fine, but the mess I had to deal with after paying him was not End of the day, my grandma suffered and I had to spend additional $300 to fix a workmanship issue caused by Edgar and his team.

They had many "work around" situations that had to be repaired and were able to fix things without having to tear everything out and start over. The daily site supervision kept everything flowing smoothly and moving forward so they were even able to finish ahead of schedule. When needed, Cameron and Ray both jumped in to do work themselves. They treated our home like their own. The quality of their work was outstanding and at the end of the job, Cameron stopped by to make sure we were completely satisfied. The initial consultation was straightforward and he brought samples which were helpful. He did a great job listening and quoting for the work I asked for. He worked with my budget and overall was easy to work with. I had some challenges with his team's arrival times not being consistent, and the timeline seemed to take longer than originally expected, but these things happen during renovations and in the end wasn't a huge deal. The entire project took about a week. The final fit and finish were well done, the grout work and glass install were clean and impeccably installed. Finally, a small issue we found with the install was addressed in a timely manner.
