It took almost an hour to get a cehicle after turning down all the suggested upgrades and added insurance. Also, i was told that I'm only allowed 150 miles per day and will be charged 50 cents a mile thereafter. My contract states unlomited miles. They also told me that i would be responsible for any tire blowout or cracks in the windshield or any other glass. I decided to check the tires and they were bald.. the vehicle was unsafe to drive. If you hit any rain, you're DEAD. They were pissed that i brought this up but gave me another vehicle. I wonder who they rented that vehicle to. See pics of tires. Also they said the tank was full and that i had to bring it back full. The tank was just over 3/4 full.

8/7/25: I know, I know, I know...I said I would NEVER come back here & trust me, it was NOT my choice!!! My fiancé just HAD TO come here to "save money" after I begged him to go to a reputable rental car place. Did he listen...NOPE! So, know we are right back in the same situation as last time but at their new location. Please believe the reviews & save yourself the headache. We waited for 30 minutes at the airport just to be picked up & was picked up by a man BLASTING gangster rap the entire ride. We got to their new location & there weren't many people waiting, but we still had to wait a long time after placing our name on their wait list. The same nasty lady was there from last time. I'm pretty sure it's the same one people are complaining about in the other reviews. Some folks have jobs they hate yet won't quit for the life of them. This one needs to get into a new line of work ASAP...something away from people. She is a human dark cloud spewing nastiness and anger to every customer she interacts with. After 10 years, we were able to get probably the dirtiest car they had on the lot. Dirty...filthy...damaged. I mean, what in the world??? They have no care or concern for their vehicles at all. Even during turn in, we were met by no one and had to go inside to ask them to come for what they had to do so that we could go to the airport. After 20 mins of waiting, a man who only spoke Spanish came out, wrote on a tiny notepad & then motioned for us to take a picture of it. We did that & went inside to make sure we were good. They said we were. Who knows??? I've said it before & I am reiterating it...GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I'm gonna be generous here. Their price is great. 3 stars. That's how we found them for their low rental prices. But you do have to be careful as it seems like they will charge you for extras not included in the standard price. We heard the clerk caution the previous customer about going off road or out of state. We had no problems denying insurance coverage since our insurance covers us but there are some things like cracked / chipped windshield which I think we have to pay for if damaged upon return (I think). Make sure to bring along proof of insurance. Luckily I have a copy of our policy on my phone. Biggest issue for us was that the clerk said "all is good your car is over there with full tank of gas and to return the car with full tank to avoid extra charges". We drove away assuming the tank was full.. Less than a mile down the road I noticed the tank was only 3/4 full!!! There is the scam? If you don't catch this you would end up filling the tank upon return buying gas for the company you did not use. I took a picture of the gas gauge immediately and when we got to our hotel I called them and spoke to a rep. Some back and forth with the manager and they asked me to send the image. Long story short they agreed to make a note on our rental agreement to return the car "like for like"... IE 3/4 full. Whew!!! Upon return I spoke with the agent receiving cars and told him of the situation. He noted on the inspection sheet that customer picked up car with 1/2 tank. I told him 3/4 tank. Anyways he was very apologetic and accommodating which is why 3 stars and not 2. You can save some bucks with Easirent but be careful and diligent

I would like to say that Annie was very helpful she made it so easy and fast I highly recommend easirent after landing feeling exhausted she made it fast and easy

I wanted to be sure we completed our trip before writing this review. Oh wow, what's crazy nightmare... the car rental place was not where all the others are grouped together, we arrived at the rental place (our flight was delayed over an hour. So we get in line and there were 5 people in front of us... it took nearly two hours for us to reach a customer service person... during which we saw several parties leave... someone tells my wife it's because of a shift change, no communication from anyone to the waiting patrons. The "easirental" is not so easy... finally get to the representative, who started off fine, but then we get to our car (Rav 4)...car wouldn't work, was told also since we were three hours late, even though nearly two hours were spent in their line. We are told we have to pay a $26 fee for being late... ended up with a dirty car , one with a big scratch on the passenger door, cracking the windshield and tire light is on...two of the tires look balding. Never never again...sure it was lesser money, but not worth the hassle. Oh and our contract didn't even have the correct car on it...so we tried calling numerous times and calls would get dropped. Such a horrible experience. The upside to the whole experience, the return took less than 10 minutes. Zero stars if that was possible.

    Easirent Refutal Letter

They billed additional $233.23 and charge me $193.34 for a one day rental that I already paid $39.89. Nobody ever answers at the Easirent Vegas office. Calls forward to customer service who can't help. They refer me back to the local branch. I filed credit card dispute. They sent agreement I signed for $39.89 (which wasn't disputed & was already paid) and some receipts that are not my name and not my card number as proof. Interesting that $233.23 -$39.89 equals $193.34. My credit card company reopened my claim.

Many maintenance issues. Stopped 3 times to fill a leaking tire. Not a dependable. Scary driving across the desert with no cell service
    Justin

Stay Away from Easirent - Hidden Fees & very poor maintained vehicles. Renting with them was a HUGE mistake. When I arrived, they hit me with a surprise "out-of-state" fee that doubled the cost of my rental. I had already prepaid, and when I questioned the extra $193 fee that no other rentalcar companies charge, I was told I could cancel -- but I'd lose my entire prepaid $232 amount. In other words, I had no real choice but to pay the hidden fee. Saying it was "optional" for me to continue with the rental is flat-out dishonest because I would have been out $232. The car itself was clearly not maintained, and it gave me issues the whole week with multiple maintenance and warning lights. For more than $400, the bare minimum expectation is a safe, reliable vehicle. Instead, I got a car that shouldn't have been on the road and that i couldn't rely on driving across the desert with no cell service. To make things worse, I realized that i only had a 1/4 of a tank of fuel when picking up the car. I noticed this the next morning before leaving the Las Vegas region. Thats another 3/4 of a tank of gas that I had to pay for because they shorted me. That was another $50 loss. The most disturbing part? When I returned the car I reported its leaking tire that had to be refilled every 2 days and the oil maintenance light coming on every couple days but was told the next day over the phone that it was rented out again and they don't know of any issues, even though I reported it when it was returned. Easirent ignored the safety concerns completely and passed the headache to the next customer. They don't cover tire issues on their rentals so if that bad tire blows, its up to you to replace. Their "solution" was to offer me 10% off a future rental -- as if I'd ever use this company again. That's insulting and not helpful at all. And to anyone reading this: if Easirent comments here asking me to "reach out to customer service," don't be fooled. I've already gone down that road -- they are not interested in fixing the issue. Those replies are just for show so it looks like they care when in reality they don't. Bottom line: Easirent runs on hidden fees, poorly maintained cars, and shady practices. I would STRONGLY advise anyone considering them to stay far away. Pay a little more with a reputable company (it will be cheaper in the end) and save yourself the stress, extra charges, and safety risks. Ultimately I ended up paying way more than if I would have gone with any other company from the beginning. Learn from my mistakes. Please don't rent from Easirent / Easiscam.

This was my first time using Fox for my car rental and only used them since I have a discount via T-Mobile; and this was my first time in Las Vegas. The location of the rental facility, however, is inconvenient if you're hoping to get off your flight and head right to the car rental. Two shuttle buses to get there is...something.. I really wish I looked more into the location, but I was booking via T-Mobile and was saving a great amount of money. I ended up traveling back home a day early, so, my car was dropped off early as well. My original drop off time was 4am, I dropped it off at 8am the day before; I was not comfortable taking two buses at that hour by myself, especially in a place I was not familiar with. Not an issue with Fox as a company itself, but just an overall safety concern for anyone traveling alone. I can't comment on if the area feels safe in the middle of the night/early morning, but I hope it is well lit and easy to navigate if you are traveling alone. I was happy that the shuttle wait times were short while heading to the airport and the drivers were very nice and handled everyone's luggage with care. I was also happy with how safe the drivers drove the buses, despite all the other idiot drivers on the roads. The two shuttle bus trip from the airport to the facility was roughly a 15 minute ride, and we waited maybe 15 minutes for the first shuttle and 5 minutes for the second. It's safe to reserve at least 40+ minutes once you get to the shuttle stop until you get inside the rental facility. Of course this all depends on how many people are waiting to get on the shuttle buses. My only issue was with reserving the car via 3rd party service, but that is not an issue Fox created. T-Mobile did not transfer my entire reservation over, but nevertheless, I had a reservation ready for me at the exact time I booked it for. Again, not an issue Fox created. Christina was extremely helpful explaining everything to me when I had questions with the billing. The exact car I booked was ready for me at the time it was reserved (mid-sized sedan). I just hate that I got a Nissan cause I hate those cars (lol) Overall, great experience! The reservation was easy to make, easy to read and understand, and the charges were clearly written and explained to me. Thank you Christina for making this an easy process during my first time in Las Vegas!!! :)

Let me start by saying that we have rented from Fox Rent A Car multiple times in the past and have…read morealways had positive experiences, which makes this situation even more disappointing. We rented an upgraded SUV on May 17, 2026, for a long-distance trip to Lake Tahoe. About 1.5 hours into our drive, the vehicle broke down and would not restart. Multiple warning lights appeared, and we were stranded in the desert heat for more than seven hours. Despite 14 attempts to contact Fox through the emergency assistance line, we never received the promised callback. With no help available, we purchased jumper cables from a nearby gas station and relied on a stranger to jump-start the vehicle. Even after restarting, the SUV would not operate properly and had to be left running continuously because it would not restart once turned off. We later discovered that the front left tire was completely bald, with exposed cords showing through the tread. This was particularly alarming considering we were driving long distance and traveling with a sick cat in extreme desert temperatures. Reaching roadside assistance proved equally frustrating. After spending approximately 2.5 hours on hold from another phone and making numerous unsuccessful callback requests, we finally reached an agent. Even then, it took roughly five additional hours for a replacement vehicle to arrive, despite being relatively close to the rental location. To add insult to injury, the replacement vehicle was a downgrade from the upgraded SUV we had paid for. By the time the replacement arrived, it was nearly 11:00 PM. Fox representatives advised us to obtain a hotel room and dinner due to the delay and assured us those expenses--up to $200 for the hotel--and $100 food would be reimbursed. We also lost a non-refundable night at our original hotel in Tahoe because of the breakdown. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. Since returning home, I have sent over a dozen emails with receipts, photos, videos, and documentation, yet I continue to be bounced between departments without resolution. The local manager, Suzette, informed me that she could not process any reimbursements but would send a request in to customer service and directed me to contact them the next day after they reviewed her email, while customer service claims they never received any information from her or the location and only the store could authorize the reimbursement. Wow! Talk about a run-around! We have essentially been caught in an endless loop with no accountability and no reimbursement. What should have been a simple vacation turned into an unsafe, stressful, and exhausting ordeal caused by a vehicle that never should have been rented out in its condition. The lack of communication, failure to respond during an emergency, excessive delays, and ongoing refusal to resolve the reimbursement issue have been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before renting from Fox Rent A Car.

It's honestly sketch looking from the outside. You cannot park near the door, you have to manage a long walk from the parking area, unless you come in on a shuttle. I made the mistake of driving down the rental car return land thinking I could park closer. Nope! Not the most fun w limited mobility. Once inside it's like night and day. Clean, modern, good music. My first time in I got Leah. She's a doll! Like I said it was my first time. The policies are wild to me, after dealing w bigger brands. Larger deposit, you can ONLY go to 4 states in their cars, if you don't have a flight you can't rent without some kind of proof of residence, and my favourite was that you must provide a receipt at drop off showing you got gas within 5 miles of them! That being said, my first time I got an Elantra. It was newer but had almost 40k miles. It was clean and no odor, but the key was wild looking. They have boss at the exit who takes a video of the car going out. I chose to get out, I don't want to be filmed for anything I don't need to be. I left and all was well. I had a killer deal and decided to stay longer. Thinking it'd just be the extra day rate, I called. Ha! $15/day PLUS whatever your rate was. So didn't appreciate it but I did it. Return tried to catch me up with dst, and they give you an hour from the time you pick it up which I appreciate. We talked about it, the time was adjusted, no additional fees. The next time Priceline assigned them again. I got a different guy helping me. I never buy their coverage, the card I use and my insurance cover me. I told him no. I looked at the total on the way out. It looked right, but I didn't realize it was additional on top of what I'd already paid until later. Again I got an Elantra. This one had less than 3K miles on it. Boss was at the gate again, you leave the contract in the car for him, so I didn't see it til I left. They were close to closing but I called customer service. They said they'd escalate it and open a ticket. I've dealt w rental companies before, I didn't feel good about it. I called back and got someone at the actual location. He said he'd have the manager listen to the call again the following day. Gave me a local number and said to follow up if I didn't hear back. I didn't so I reached out. I got DeAngelo and that was the best thing that could've happened. He told me the same as the other guy, and that if I said no, it'd be refunded. He said he'd follow up w me the next day, he also gave me his email. I let anxiety get me and I sent him an email the next day, and right after pressing send. He called me. He joked I didn't trust him, and initially I wasn't sure. I'm glad my tone was chill in my email, DeAngelo is awesome! He apologized and refunded the charge, I thanked him for being a person of his word. Sadly it's rare. I had to get another car, I encountered Reinna. She's also fabulous! She did try to tell me I couldn't rent bc I wasn't flying, after we cleared that up she also saw my history and I had no problem. She uses wipes for EVERYTHING! A woman after my own heart. I carry a bag when I first get a car. It's got wipes, sanitizer, etc to get things wiped. I'm glad I did too, the cleanup isn't always the best. I got another Elantra with 2900 miles. It appeared clean, but I thought I lost something under the seat. There was large crumbs and a grape living out its dream of becoming a raisin. I encountered Brandie at return. Comedic and thorough. She deleted my phone out before I even walked away! Next time I got Leah again. Excellent customer service again. I needed an suv, ended up w a Tucson again w less than 3k miles. Interior could've been cleaner. This time they left the previous person's receipt in the console. Alllll their info right there. I left it. Brandie and I talked about it at return. She cracks me tf up! Boss at the exit finally remembered me. I guess in part bc I get out for filming. He's solid tho, very nice. I've interacted with DeAngelo a few more times since. I told him I didn't mean to bug him, but he appreciates hearing from his customers and made me feel at ease. Pros- New, low mileage fleet AMAZING staff - Thanks again to Leah, DeAngelo, Reinna, and Brandie! Y'all understand customer service and care! 60 min grace from when you pick it up Cons- The building setup The policies - 4x now and no one's ever asked for that receipt Cars need to be cleaned better I had another rental but got assigned to Gilespie. Expect a very long line!!…read more So why do I rent a car in Las Vegas? When traveling with a nonagenarian it is so much easier to have a car. As a bonus, love checking out places off the strip like Zaytoon, Hash House A Go Go, and the Neon Museum. Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam are great day trips made much easier with a car. The car rental process is never easy in Vegas, though. Take the shuttle and then wait, wait, wait. We've been given a car that was rented to someone else (and had to return for another car) or been told that what we rented is sold out, do we want an upgrade for an additional cost? No, thanks. Still, being able to drive, makes it much easier. So we wait, then head off the strip to grab lunch, stop by a grocery store to pick up bottles of water and Gatorade and then head to our on the strip hotel to park. Lotus of Siam for Crispy Duck Panang, anyone?? (Thanks to Houston's CM Jando for the great Vegas recommendations.)

Due to flight delays and shuttle traffic, we arrived at the rental center around midnight. We had booked a pickup truck but realized it didn't have enough storage, so we asked to switch to a car from the Presidential lane -- something that's never been an issue before. That's when we encountered Leanne (short woman with brown hair in kind of a Dora-type haircut), who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When my fiancé politely asked, "Could you please check what my other options are?", she mocked him in front of everyone, saying, "Look at this guy -- he's begging me now." We were stunned. When we told her this kind of behavior is not okay, she smiled, gave us her name, and said "Feel free to complain on me" like she was proud of it -- then walked away as if she had done nothing wrong. We contacted Hertz Customer Service that same night. They apologized, promised to remove some charges, offer a free rental, and file an official complaint against her. Two months later -- nothing. No follow-up, no credits, and no accountability. Now my fiancé is on yet another hour-long call trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward issue. This was not just disappointing -- it was demeaning. For a company that prides itself on elite membership experiences, this was anything but. If she hates her job, she should do something else instead of ruining everyone's days and vacations. Please put her on probation or fire her, she was terribly demeaning- not customer service support whatsoever.

This has probably been the best experience I've had with a rental car in ANY airport! Flying into…read moreVegas, my expectations were very low for a quick pick up right off the plane. It took a hot minute for our luggage to arrive on the carousel, so that didn't help! When we got to the rental car 'corral' there was a line about 15 people deep. Thankfully, Alamo had 3, possibly 4, desks open, staffed & helping customers. Despite the high number of people in line, we did NOT wait more than 10-15 minutes before getting to the desk ourselves. Picking up the rental was a bit out of the ordinary for us this time. After we filled out the contract & paid for the class of car we wanted, we were directed outside to the Alamo lot. Once there, the porter directed us to row 4 and to pick out whichever car we wanted. We didn't have much to choose from... but it was nice that we could choose ourselves. We were able to compare trunk space as well as head space for my husband who's considerably taller than I am. After we made our choice and exited the lot, the adventures began. The car was clean with low mileage at pick up. We simply chose it because of its beautiful blue color, lol. Priorities!! 3 states in 5 days! The car was most definitely fuel efficient. We used less than $100 in gas! It was spacious for me... but not so much for my husband. It drove comfortably across the highways & through the tunnels. It did well in the desert heat, as well! Returning it was seamless, as well! We gave ourselves a little extra time as we had to drop off and take the shuttle back to the airport. For once, I can recommend a car rental location.... Seriously! They NEVER happens!

Thank goodness I booked this rental car way before Memorial Day Weekend because rates were creeping up towards the ending of May! The customer service here is amazing, epic, and outstanding. When you're without your ride? You panic! What am I going to do now ? The answer! Enterprise! Again, outstanding service and excellent service from this location. Every time something has happened to the vehicle, a phone call is all it takes and we are in a rental. Whether it be the insurance company or private pay. Use Enterprise! This last experience, yesterday actually the car is MIA, and an individual needs the car to make it happen these days. The insurance sent over the authorization and the paperwork was signed within a couple hours. We are back in shape for now while we await the limbo of the process for our car . The staff could not be more excited to get us off and ready to go, and vroom away. Thank for making a difference. A simple positive gesture made the whole experience even easier and bett

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE…read more 1. It takes TWO shuttle rides from the airport to reach this rental place (and vice versa). 2. They charged extra $21.95 per day "Renter's Liability Waiver" fee, above the listed price for the rental, which I was informed was MANDATORY. And there's no such thing. This is a lie and a fraud.

Please, double and triple check your receipt before taking your car keys and leaving the lot with the car. They will try to sell you liability insurance, road side assistance, and try to play it as a one time payment of $25, when it is actually a $25/day cost. Beware that they have a holding deposit of $300 as well. The car given to us did not have a license plate, which we did not notice. We were pulled over by a trooper in Arizona while driving back from the Grand Canyon for this. There was a temporary taped license on the front windshield, but the trooper still gave us a written warning. I called the customer service number on their paper to let them know about this during business hours and no one picked up, so I left a message with my concern and number to call back. This happened on day 2 of our trip and absolutely no one attempted to even return our call within our 6 day trip. We were worried as we were traveling to several other national parks in the surrounding states and didn't know if we would be pulled over again. With the inconvenience of taking two shuttles to get there from the airport and their nonexistent customer service, it's better you spend your money elsewhere.

I wish I could give a zero…read more First of all, to say that the rental car pickup is at the airport is misleading, to say the least. TWO shuttles were taken. One from the airport to a rental car facility. Then ANOTHER shuttle to the Economy rental facility (which is in an uninviting barren lot). Economy seems to only have one shuttle/driver so there was a long wait for the shuttle, and we didn't fit on the first one. A LONG morning after our flight, just to arrive at the rental place. Then, the line IN the dilapidated car rental facility was SLOWWWWW. EVERYONE was upset, and the workers didn't seem to care. They were taking breaks and in no hurry. Then, they had me pre-pay for a full tank of gas, and when I got my car, it was empty. I could go on an on, but you get the picture. Horrible. When I returned the car (a night early because they don't open very early in the morning), they didn't even ask to look at it or anything. They let me go, and I still had the car keys in my pocket. I gave them the keys. Worst experience EVER.
