Honestly reading these previous reviews I'm confused because I honestly had the best experience and easiest experiences at a car rental service while traveling and I travel A LOT ! , we waited like we would at any location but no more than 20 /30 min upon our arrival to Vegas airport we followed instructions to take the bus to the shuttle , the shuttle was there as soon as we got off the bus and took us straight to the facility . We waited about 20ish minutes to be helped and the branch manager who was very occupied stopped and helped out the line to move along faster since it was quite busy . The branch manager was nothing but polite , very knowledgeable and great help , our paper work went very prompt and smooth and we were out of the office in under a hour with our vehicle right outside ready to drive off ! The branch manager was super great and also gave us some excellent recommendations in the Vegas area since this was our first time visiting . Honestly I recommend this location the prices are affordable and the service was great ! Returning the vehicle was even easier we drove up handed the worker the keys and all was squared away the shuttle was already at the facility waiting to take us to the bus terminal to get to our terminal at the airport . Great experience easiest experience ! Note : they do let you know if there is anything wrong w the car you document like you should at ANY rental place and you report it and if you're happy or satisfied as a consumer you let them know prior to leaving with the vehicle . read more

Was a misleading experience for me. Knew was landing with a time crunch and to keep to schedule booked rental that was advertised at airport. The airport shuttle took us to the car rental which was short and quick; however it wasn't made clear an additional shuttle would need to be taken from there to a satellite location and that only picked up every 15 minutes or so. Would not use this service again personally but if you're aware of the extra time and want to save a little might be for you... read more

Always check your bill? There was a $209.00 extra charge that never got resolved and had to dispute the bill. Wrong car was on my contract for the whole 10 days. Had an appointment with this Manager and had to wait 45 mins for her lunch to be over. Poor overall management Save your time money and go to a well known car rental. read more

HORRIBLE SCAM!!! They sent me an extra bill for $250 for a scratch on the windshield that was already there. The gas was only 1/4 filled. Tires were flat with the warning lights on. Car was dented on the front and back. Customer service was horrible. She was on her personal phone with a long line. Furthermore, "Sandra" who marked that the scratches on the windshield of the dented car stated my daughter and I would NOT be able to get a shuttle ride back to the main car rental area to be transported to the airport if I didn't sign the accident claim form. 8/7/25: I know, I know, I know...I said I would NEVER come back here & trust me, it was NOT my choice!!! My fiancé just HAD TO come here to "save money" after I begged him to go to a reputable rental car place. Did he listen...NOPE! So, know we are right back in the same situation as last time but at their new location. Please believe the reviews & save yourself the headache. We waited for 30 minutes at the airport just to be picked up & was picked up by a man BLASTING gangster rap the entire ride. We got to their new location & there weren't many people waiting, but we still had to wait a long time after placing our name on their wait list. The same nasty lady was there from last time. I'm pretty sure it's the same one people are complaining about in the other reviews. Some folks have jobs they hate yet won't quit for the life of them. This one needs to get into a new line of work ASAP...something away from people. She is a human dark cloud spewing nastiness and anger to every customer she interacts with. After 10 years, we were able to get probably the dirtiest car they had on the lot. Dirty...filthy...damaged. I mean, what in the world??? They have no care or concern for their vehicles at all. Even during turn in, we were met by no one and had to go inside to ask them to come for what they had to do so that we could go to the airport. After 20 mins of waiting, a man who only spoke Spanish came out, wrote on a tiny notepad & then motioned for us to take a picture of it. We did that & went inside to make sure we were good. STAY AWAY FROM RENTAL. By the far the worst rental company. They're not inside the airport and they said shuttle comes every 20-30min. I was waiting for an hr + in the heat. I called them no one picked up and shuttle never came to the designated pick up area. After waiting for over an hr the shuttle comes. I go to pick up the car and I was told that "No we don't take Expedia Insurance" I said I'm also covered under my insurance and my credit card insurance but they made me pay very expensive insurance. I just wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Please stay away. They advertise cheap car rental on Priceline, but you end up paying a lot on taxes and force you to buy their own insurance. read more

Shady dirt bags make no mention of extra fees for out of state driving when you reserve and pay for the car. Then when you get there to pick up the car they inform you there's an extra $160 dollar fee for out of state driving and it's too late to cancel and receive a refund. So you think you're getting a good deal compared to national, more reputable rental car services but you're actually paying more. It took almost an hour to get a cehicle after turning down all the suggested upgrades and added insurance. Also, i was told that I'm only allowed 150 miles per day and will be charged 50 cents a mile thereafter. My contract states unlomited miles. They also told me that i would be responsible for any tire blowout or cracks in the windshield or any other glass. I decided to check the tires and they were bald.. the vehicle was unsafe to drive. If you hit any rain, you're DEAD. They were pissed that i brought this up but gave me another vehicle. I wonder who they rented that vehicle to. See pics of tires. Poor customer service from the shuttle driver to the front desk Driver pulled up after a 45 minute wait acting as if we woke him from a nap He didn't speak his attitude was so rude, the van yes van not shuttle had the windshield windows and the the 2 windows on the front driver and passenger thus was literally a cargo van with bolted seats. I'm gonna be generous here. Their price is great. 3 stars. That's how we found them for their low rental prices. But you do have to be careful as it seems like they will charge you for extras not included in the standard price. We heard the clerk caution the previous customer about going off road or out of state. We had no problems denying insurance coverage since our insurance covers us but there are some things like cracked / chipped windshield which I think we have to pay for if damaged upon return (I think). Make sure to bring along proof of insurance. Luckily I have a copy of our policy on my phone. Biggest issue for us was that the clerk said "all is good your car is over there with full tank of gas and to return the car with full tank to avoid extra charges". We drove away assuming the tank was full.. Less than a mile down the road I noticed the tank was only 3/4 full!!! There is the scam? If you don't catch this you would end up filling the tank upon return buying gas for the company you did not use. I took a picture of the gas gauge immediately and when we got to our hotel I called them and spoke to a rep. Some back and forth with the manager and they asked me to send the image. Long story short they agreed to make a note on our rental agreement to return the car "like for like"... IE 3/4 full. Whew!!! Upon return I spoke with the agent receiving cars and told him of the situation. He noted on the inspection sheet that customer picked up car with 1/2 tank. I told him 3/4 tank. Not EASY at all. It takes about an hour, and requires 2 shuttles, after you land to arrive at the rental center for Easirent. Easirent is NOT AT THE AIRPORT and that is NOT made clear when you book. They require the additional insurance, even though I have my own automobile insurance-which tripled my rental cost. They "upgraded" me to a larger car, increasing my fuel cost for the duration of my trip. Given the amount of time it took to get from the airport to them, and with a time crunch upon departure, I returned the car early. They refuse to refund the days that I did not have the car. They were rude. This was a terrible experience overall and if I had it to do again, I would definitely choose differently. read more

The worst rental experience I've ever experienced. I'd give this place a 0 if I could. First the place is so stretchy looking. Inside the building is even worse. I stood in the longest line. They only had two people behind the counter and moved as slow as sloths no kidding. The car they gave me looked as if it came from a junk yard. Scratches, dents, marks you name it was on there. I made sure to do a video around the car to have proof that is not my doing. Upon dropping off the vehicle they asked me if I needed a shuttle ride. I agreed. We got to the rental location and the representative informed us of several mandatory additional fees that would be added to the online price. Those additional fees were not disclosed anywhere in the online reservation process and raised the total price by 3x. The representative became quite rude when we declined this and refused to rent for the advertised price. Even though we cancelled the reservation and went to a different car rental company, they have not refunded the reservation fee. I'm disputing that through the credit card right now. I rented a vehicle from their 3176 W Martin Ave location in Las Vegas. Nothing wrong with the car itself, but we couldn't find any info on their out of state usage when we said we were taking the car to Arizona for a few days. $25 a day. Plus having to wait a half hour to get the car. I could reserve another vehicle from somewhere else for less and get a better car. Another customer said he got pulled over for expired plates and had to argue about it with Easirent. I won't use them again. read more

I wanted to be sure we completed our trip before writing this review. Oh wow, what's crazy nightmare... the car rental place was not where all the others are grouped together, we arrived at the rental place (our flight was delayed over an hour. So we get in line and there were 5 people in front of us... it took nearly two hours for us to reach a customer service person... during which we saw several parties leave... someone tells my wife it's because of a shift change, no communication from anyone to the waiting patrons. The "easirental" is not so easy... finally get to the representative,who started off fine, but then we get to our car (Rav 4)...car wouldn't work, was told also since we were three hours late, even though nearly two hours were spent in their line. We are told we have to pay a $26 fee for being late... ended up with a dirty car , one with a big scratch on the passenger door, cracking the windshield and tire light is on...two of the tires look balding. Never never again...sure it was lesser money, but not worth the hassle. Oh and our contract didn't even have the correct car on it...so we tried calling numerous times and calls would get dropped. Unfortunately, I made the decision to cancel my booking at the counter due to the extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional behavior of the front desk clerk who assisted me. I have been renting vehicles in Las Vegas for over 15 years with both small and major rental companies, and I can confidently say I have never encountered customer service as poor as what I experienced at your location. When I asked basic and reasonable questions regarding pricing and policies, the clerk was dismissive, unhelpful, and spoke to me in a tone that made me feel deeply uncomfortable as a woman. His demeanor was unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful. The interaction left me so upset that I was physically shaking when I left your office. I canceled my reservation not because of price or availability, but because I did not feel comfortable giving my business--or my personal information--to a company whose representative treated me in such a manner. They will try to squeeze every penny from you--for example, they require you to log in online to prove your insurance (your physical ID won't be accepted). What kind of company does that? If you do rent here, make sure you take a full video of the car and document every scratch, ding, or crack, because they will try to hold you responsible for pre-existing damage. Stay Away from Easirent - Hidden Fees & very poor maintained vehicles. Renting with them was a HUGE mistake. When I arrived, they hit me with a surprise "out-of-state" fee that doubled the cost of my rental. I had already prepaid, and when I questioned the extra $193 fee that no other rentalcar companies charge, I was told I could cancel -- but I'd lose my entire prepaid $232 amount. In other words, I had no real choice but to pay the hidden fee. Saying it was "optional" for me to continue with the rental is flat-out dishonest because I would have been out $232. The car itself was clearly not maintained, and it gave me issues the whole week with multiple maintenance and warning lights. For more than $400, the bare minimum expectation is a safe, reliable vehicle. Instead, I got a car that shouldn't have been on the road and that i couldn't rely on driving across the desert with no cell service. To make things worse, I realized that i only had a 1/4 of a tank of fuel when picking up the car. I noticed this the next morning before leaving the Las Vegas region. Thats another 3/4 of a tank of gas that I had to pay for because they shorted me. That was another $50 loss. The most disturbing part? When I returned the car I reported its leaking tire that had to be refilled every 2 days and the oil maintenance light coming on every couple days but was told the next day over the phone that it was rented out again and they don't know of any issues, even though I reported it when it was returned. Easirent ignored the safety concerns completely and passed the headache to the next customer. They don't cover tire issues on their rentals so if that bad tire blows, its up to you to replace. Their "solution" was to offer me 10% off a future rental -- as if I'd ever use this company again. That's insulting and not helpful at all. And to anyone reading this: if Easirent comments here asking me to "reach out to customer service," don't be fooled. I've already gone down that road -- they are not interested in fixing the issue. Those replies are just for show so it looks like they care when in reality they don't. Bottom line: Easirent runs on hidden fees, poorly maintained cars, and shady practices. I would STRONGLY advise anyone considering them to stay far away. Pay a little more with a reputable company (it will be cheaper in the end) and save yourself the stress, extra charges, and safety risks. The manager on duty, Tonya, informed me that they were also keeping the $500 deposit, contradicting what was originally stated. This was shocking, dishonest, and clearly deceptive. After a heated dispute and contacting Metro Police, Tonya ultimately refunded my $500, but only because I stood firm and refused to be taken advantage of. It's concerning to think how many customers -- especially those who might not push back -- have been victims of the same treatment. Given the pattern reflected in numerous online reviews, I strongly believe this business engages in systematic deceptive practices, including charging customers for pre-existing damage and withholding deposits without justification. I respectfully request that Consumer Affairs investigate Esirent Car Rentals to protect future customers from becoming victims of these unethical actions. Calls forward to customer service who can't help. They refer me back to the local branch. I filed credit card dispute. They sent agreement I signed for $39.89 (which wasn't disputed & was already paid) and some receipts that are not my name and not my card number as proof. Interesting that $233.23 -$39.89 equals $193.34. My credit card company reopened my claim. read more

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews but I wanted to express my gratitude to all the staff here. You guys made my first ever car rental smooth and easygoing. The whole process in the beginning only took about 15 minutes and dropping it off took less than 5 minutes and he still explained everything clearly. (I forgot his name but he was working on Jan 11 2025 at 11:45pm) The only thing is I did have to take two shuttles but other than that the wait isn't even bad. The shuttles were ready right when I dropped my car off. Late at night they only have one person so there obviously a wait which they tell you on that anyway. The insurance policy was explained clearly and it wasn't bad of a price either. $30-$70 a day so it's worth it! Thanks again for all the help. I highly recommend this place! read more

Very slow!! Also they added insurance despite us providing verification of insurance coverage. Three times they claimed they took the charge for insurance off and they never did. Blamed it on home office and said it takes at least 30 days to refund. We disputed the charge with our credit card company and Easirent continued to claim we owed them. We did not dispute the rental part, just the insurance charge. Should have known it was an issue when another customer bitterly complained about them as he was turning in his car and we were picking ours up. Sure enough he was correct. Booked a car via Priceline. Arrived to the shuttle stop, took us 45 min waiting for shuttle (people at the stop were saying they waited for 55 min). Finally arrived at the location, seated in wait room for 2+ hours. I walked to the manager, asked her what is the reason for such long wait and if we are going to get our car, she simply walked away without answering. We booked uber and left. I was in Vegas for 1 day, didn't want to waste it waiting in line. Later I made few attempts to get a refund: Priceline sending me to easirent, easirent sending me to Priceline. Upon my arrival and entering the building it looked a little sketchy. I don't know how to explain it, but it was not what I expected. Waited a while due to their only being one assistant to help the long line. When approaching the desk, I was greeted with amazing customer service from an assistant by the name "Demetrius". He was very helpful and made all of the introduction to the building and long line acceptable. Great professionalism and very welcoming seeing that I was flying in from out of town. My tires of my rental car were near balled and that was a little scary but all and all everything worked out great. I don't know if evaluations, promotions or raises of wages is approaching soon, but even if not, Demetrius definitely deserves a HUGE one because if he wasn't their sharing is great service to us customers this would have been a bad review or a BBB report. Kind of sketchy upon arrival. If you flew in, you have to take the bus to the car rental, then heres ANOTHER pick up to take you to their office. It just made us feel a little weird. There was a short line, maybe 3 people ahead of me. However still waited over 1.5 hours. Staff was extremely slow and no sense of urgency. Maybe if we were greeted or given a number so we could sit I would have been okay. Instead, had to stand in a line and watch how slow they moved. Watched how others got really impatient with their team. Car rental was fine, the car drove well. But when returning there were other cars waiting for staff member to get checked in. It was a young man who was rushing cause it was only him. When it was my turn, the first thing I did was give the man the keys and then proceeded to gathered all my belonging and got on the bus so we could go the main car rental, AND THEN to the Airport. At the airport I got a voicemail saying they did NOT receive my keys. That I was going to lose my deposit of $250 if not returned. I was going through security so I couldn't pick up. I call back immediately to tell them I definitely returned the keys. The lady on the phone said she will call back. Never did. At this point I had 4 hours at the gate to kill. I kept calling to find out if the keys were ever found, kept getting answered by another office. They said they will leave a message to call back. No response. I had to wait a few days to see if they would release my deposit and eventually they did. I will happily go elsewhere. Pay more money, than to deal with their mess. DO NOT WASTE THE TIME! IF YOU HAVE RESERVATIONS, CANCEL! The shuttle is a prologue reflective of this rental company but was the best part of what was to be discovered...UNACCEPTABLE! Although the cost was the lowest, it is NOT worth expectations. Arrived @1:00pm on Wednesday, 08/13/2025, with reservations for 2:30pm. Walking into the rental center was a strange layout for sure. You are to sign in at the desk on a clipboard wan wait to be called. As we sat in the area far from the desk, the people awaiting were complaining about the wait time and having only 1 staff member to assist. Several people began to leave as others (about 10 parties) remained over 4 hours. We left after 3:00pm due the average time spent per guest took about 1 hour. There was no manager available, it was stated by a pending customer "Someone called in sick." During our wait, the groups were becoming more upset and obnoxious about the time waiting for service. Reserved from another rental company (FOX Rental) and had a much better and incomparable process. Being that our reservations were passed 2 hours for cancelation, I was unable to use the app to proceed with cancelation. Experian couldn't offer any support with only apologies. Working with credit card company to dispute our reservation that NEVER provided service or a contact to register out dissatisfaction. read more

I booked an SUV from Easirent for four days after finding them online. Their prices looked competitive, and I prepaid for the reservation to secure the vehicle and get a small discount for paying upfront. I specifically chose the unlimited miles option. When we arrived for our scheduled pick-up, we were surprised to find the location was an empty warehouse with no other customers in sight. Even so, it took nearly an hour before anyone helped us. The atmosphere felt more like a detention center check-in than a professional rental counter. Once we were finally seen, the representative told us that despite my reservation clearly stating unlimited miles, because we were local renters, we were only allowed 700 miles. We explained we would be driving about 900 miles and were told it would cost an extra $20 per day. He also informed us of a $750 deposit (again, because we were local), which was never disclosed during booking. After going back and forth--frustrated but needing to get on the road--we reluctantly agreed to pay the extra $20 per day. At that point, the representative suddenly said oh no there were no SUVS available at all. Why wasn't that the first thing he told us? Instead, we wasted an hour being upsold, misled, and strung along, only to be told there was no vehicle for us in the first place. And when we asked about canceling, they said no refund--only a credit for future use. Easirent completely failed to deliver on their advertised service, wasted our time, and handled the situation with zero transparency. DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT book your car rental here. Customer service is so bad. No consideration of your time. You are NOT allowed to take your car out of the state of Nevada. If you do, you have to pay $40 a day while it's outside of the state of Nevada and limited miles! read more
