It doesn't even look nice. He was there less then 3 hours. The adjacent bedroom had a plumbing cubby in the wall. It was really easy for him to get access to this area as well. It was an old delta faucet system that need to be changed out because plastic values were leaking. The second bath (master) I hired another licensed Plummer and with everything out the door same job it was $300. I even have a nicer update looking faucet. I asked for an estimate when I called their office to set an appointment. I was told there would be an $89 trip/diagnostic charge and then they would charge me for the work, which they said they would tell me once the service tech checked out my issue (Leaky outdoor faucet). So I was fine with that because I had a degree of trust since the reviews were so good. And I had received a flat rate estimate by then from a competitor for $220. So I'm thinking in the ballpark of $200 which was fine. The guys who came over were on time, personable and professional. I liked them. However when they were finished estimating the service, it came to $489. This was just too far out of the realm of possibility that I just paid them the diagnostic fee and am having a friend come do the faucet replacement for me. $50 part and I'll grill some burgers.

Pretty much cut the tub valve out and took it away because I'm sure they ruined the copper thread when I heard them having issues getting the plastic out of the thread and they did not come in with tools just a wrench and some valve stems that they could not fix. What's sad is I was charged 205$ for an hour and 30 minutes of work to have something simple to fix which was ridiculous for valve stem repair , to having no shower downstairs.They were going to charge me more to cap it, but they must of had some remorse because they did cap it and didn't charge me extra. My thing is if you couldn't fix it, then why pretend like you could.This is the "owner" by the way! He said he went above and beyond what he would do for most and wanted to charge me 405$ to fix something he broke. When my HVAC system failed, they were the first company I called. They responded promptly, confirmed that my unit needed to be replaced, and provided an estimate. I obtained a couple of additional quotes for comparison, and Parker's estimate was by far the highest. Even so, because of my positive experiences with them in the past, I chose to move forward with their installation. I was without heating and cooling for approximately two weeks while waiting for my scheduled installation. The day before the installation, I was contacted and informed that it would need to be postponed by two additional days because another customer's installation had not been completed, leaving that customer without service. While the delay was inconvenient, I understood the situation. The installation itself was completed professionally, and I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Unfortunately, my experience after the installation has been extremely disappointing. Mike with Parker Heating and Cooling informed me that I qualified for two separate rebates based on my new system and assured me that he would complete and submit all of the required paperwork on my behalf. It has now been more than three months since the installation, and I have received no information or updates regarding either rebate. I have attempted to contact Mike several times, but he has not returned my calls. While I have no complaints about the quality of the installation or the technical expertise of the company, customer service after the sale is just as important. Failing to follow through on promised rebate paperwork and then refusing to communicate with a customer has left me very disappointed. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Parker Heating and Cooling despite the quality of their installation work.
