Our tankless water heater wasn't working so we needed it repaired ASAP. I called Mid 10 on a Friday morning, and a live human actually picked up the phone (calls made to other companies rolled to voice mail. And no one called me back that day. Mid 10 put me on the schedule and later that afternoon had my tankless water heater fixed. The technician had to take the unit apart and clean it to get it working again. The fee was $140, which we thought was reasonable for same-day service. We paid by Venmo to avoid the 3% credit card fee. Had Mid 10 Plumbing come out and do a service on my water heater and perform a plumbing inspection while our pipes were still under warranty with the builder. I was very happy with the services they performed, most notably servicing the water heater which is tucked away in a corner behind our washer and dryer. I was expecting them to have to move the dryer to get at it but they were able to do everything without having to move around the neighboring appliance, including draining and inspecting the heating elements. Mid 10 came to my home for three issues. They determined that although I appeared to have a pressure problem, that I did not. The loose spigot wasn't that loose and my bathtub that wasn't draining they snaked. Charged $200 which seemed high to snake a drain. I wrote them that the pressure issue continued--my bathtub/shower valves leak in both directions even after replacing the valves. IE the water pressure is likely too high. I wrote them again and asked if they could look at it again. No response. read more

I cannot recommend Mid 10 Plumbing too highly. From the initial telephone call to the repair -- all aspects of this transaction were professional and transparent. Called in on Friday evening, after getting an automated call from our water company indicating we had a water leak or continuous running water. Juan answered, talked me through finding my water shut off to try and assess situation. Put me on schedule for Saturday (weekend service calls! Love it!). Also suggested I put food dye in all my toilets water reservoir to see if that may be the problem. Bingo!! found a continuously running toilet. Mid 10 Plumbing to the rescue!! On Sunday evening, I'm doing a little DIY garage organization project, installing storage. I got 2 shelves up and was feeling myself. I went for shelf number 3 and BOOM...I put my drill right into a garage water pipe!! Water is gushing out of the wall, filling up our garage, I'm frantically looking for the shut off valve. I got it turned off and immediately went to Yelp to find a 24/7 plumbing service, thank sweet baby Jesus I found Mid 10 Plumbing! I called Mid 10 Plumbing at 8pm on Sunday. Juan, the owner, was at my house by 10pm and repaired the water pipe with ease! Juan is a PRO! He was professional, knowledgeable, explained his work, and charged a very fair price (especially considering the late Sunday call). He even dropped some plumbing knowledge on me! These guys are amazing! Had a tub spout that wouldn't fully engage when pulling up for the shower, which meant about half of the water was still coming out of the tub spout and the water pressure for the shower was very low. This was especially urgent with our daughter and 6'4" son-in-law both returning home for Christmas after nearly a year of deployment in Iraq and Jordan. We called Mid10 and they picked up right away, tracked immediately to the problem and our situation, and verified our location. They said they would have someone out either same day or next day, and would confirm shortly. Sure enough, Justin happened to be in our area and wanted to get our issue resolved quickly, so he stopped by within the hour. Just incredible. I realize some of this is just fortunate, but they still could have easily just pushed us out to the end of the day or the next day. Mid10 is definitely our go-to now for plumbing. I had a water leak which required water to the home be shut off. Mid 10 Plumbing was recommended. An appointment was scheduled with a 1:00 - 3:00 pm window on Friday, 12/30/22. At approximately 3:30 pm when no one had arrived and no contact from the company, I called. I was informed no one would be able to make it to my home as promised. While I understand recent cold temps have caused numerous plumbing issues and sometimes promises can't be honored, lack of communication is unacceptable. Mid 10 should have advised earlier in the day they couldn't honor their commitment so I could seek plumbing assistance elsewhere. Now, I'll be waiting for water service to be restored through the weekend and holiday. Consumer beware, if Mid 10 hasn't arrived by the earliest part of their promised appointment window, call them to confirm they can honor their commitment. read more

I've used this plumbing company twice in the last month for different problems. They're very knowledgeable, super nice and always really quick to respond. I called on a Sunday and the owner was in a cast so he couldn't come out but worked to see if he could get someone else out. Unfortunately he couldn't but he kept me informed. Im not at all mad that I had to wait until Monday because they came first thing in the morning and I was honestly just happy they were even willing to try to come out on a Sunday.
