Gray Nissan with wrecked bumper was parked in fire lane and moved when they saw me taking pictures

This place is still in a race to the bottom. Awful interactions with staff and the parking is just the worst

Sewage leaking for over 1 month, no running water in facility.
    Cakey X.

I'd like to start by saying this is my first and only experience with a place like this. This is just my personal view. This place was awful. When my grandma was admitted Thursday night they incorrectly listed her as covid-19 positive and had her quarantined to a room by herself. After we brought it to the attention of the staff that she wasn't positive and had been vaccinated months ago they gave her a roommate. My grandma was given thick liquids to drink and didn't know why they would t let her drink her Normal juice and coffee. Turns out they were giving her her roommates special diet and got their charts mixed up. My grandma had fallen and skinned her face and wanted to take a shower to get the blood and debris off. The nurse kept telling her they only give patients 1 shower a week and it wasn't her turn yet. This went on for over a week before I was able to talk with someone and have them explain why she had t been provided with a shower. Turns out there water had been off and there was no running water in the facility! They were lying to us! Not to worry though it would be on tomorrow. The next day I asked another nurse i the water working. She didn't know she had no idea the water wasn't working. "Can I speak to someone in charge?" "I am the one in charge." Every time I'd ask someone they either didn't know or it should be on tomorrow. My grandma didn't get her shower for more than 9 DAYS of being in their care. Meanwhile, I had tried to get her transferred to another facility because this one was unacceptable. They never picked up the phone to speak with the other therapy center. If you call the phone rings and rings. I hope no one ever has to go here. The photos they have posted themselves on Yelp are misleading.

Kevin and France set me up with a a good set of exercises and routines that got my achy shoulder back into shape. I made a few calls to PT offices where no one picked up or they informed me the next appointment would be over a month from now. I needed a visit as soon as I could. I called Ascend PT and Gina immediately picked up, listened to my situation and quickly booked me in to be seen within a few days. Gina is very professional and personable. She made me feel very comfortable right away and gave top quality care. I felt immediate relief after she worked on my neck and gave me exercises to work on. At this point, I have seen so many physical therapists throughout my life and Gina is quite competent. Substantial progress was made each visit and I would leave visits feeling refreshed and pain free. Meanwhile, at other places, I would be in pain for several months before seeing any progress. After seeing Gina for a month and a half, I was 90% recovered and after three months, I feel so refreshed and able to do all my regular exercise routines and activities. I truly wish I had found Gina much earlier and will solely be seeking her guidance when I have future injuries~

I was dealing with a whiplash injury that left me constantly dizzy, unable to function normally, and struggling with sleep. It was significantly impacting my daily life. After about two months of working with Gina, I've made substantial progress. I'm finally having good days again, which at one point felt out of reach. She has a deep understanding of the body and knows exactly which muscles to target to drive real improvement. What sets her apart is how she integrates her physical therapy expertise with Pilates--something traditional PT often lacks by not addressing the body as a whole. Gina's approach is truly unique and highly effective. I'm very grateful for her help. Her office is organized and perfect for Pilates training.

As a rec league hooper/softball player, I was miserable and considering retirement. I had never experienced chiropractic care, so I was a bit skeptical but willing to try anything. After the course of about 4 months and maybe 6-8 adjustments (sorry I can't remember exactly) and I have been practically pain free. Now disclaimer: doc is absolutely amazing and emailed me some great stretches that I still routinely do to keep my sciatica away or minimal so managing my pain has been a long term commitment that I am happy to do. Fast forward to 2025, I've since picked up golf which comes with a whole new set of aches/pains and I revisited Chirosport due to some nagging neck and shoulder numbness/pain that I couldn't shake. aAfter a few sessions and I am pain free (well, as much as an active 43 year old can be) and I've now incorporated a monthly visit for wellness care. *Bonus- book a pressure point massage after your adjustment that is offered on site on select days with Mike! I typically get sports massage and deep tissue work, and Mike absolutely delivers. My only wish is that they offered longer sessions -- the 30-minute massage feels like a tease because it's that good! The only downside is that the clinic doesn't offer many massage-only package options. Currently, you have to combine chiropractic care and other modalities to book a massage with Mike. It would be amazing if they offered more flexible massage-only packages, as I would definitely come even more often.
