Chris is the worst car audio specialist I've ever had to deal with over the telephone in the history of my entire life. I received my order ( isolator relay ) here in Westchester County just over a week after placing my order. The package was perfectly intact, but the box containing the Stringer Isolator was open & ripped. The Stringer Isolator appeared to have been slightly used and was missing a washer. ( This raging incompetent "CHRIS" stated that boxes do break / get ripped open in transit. But I again tried to explain that nothing had occurred to the packaging containing the box ). I took my speakers to get wired up by them. They charged me $70 an hour just for them to return my truck to me with my sub not working (which was working before I took it) , the worker stole my tools and some parts from my truck. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME. read more

Had work done there several times and they messed up our audio. sent two other people and their work was done correctly. So I took a chance and low and behold they forgot to attach my windshield back on my slingshot. Just imagine catching your windshield on the freeway. Upon returning the vehicle back I was told that it's company policy that they have to finish the vehicles they had in the back before they would get to the one I had already paid for. "Avoid like the plague" I went there to get a system diagnostic, not knowing that they recently changed management, and after checking my car out the new owner came to me and said that my rear speakers were bad. So, I asked him what speakers does he recommend as a best replacement, and he told gave me the name of some speakers and told me that the parent company were the as the remaining speakers I had in the car, so he installed the speakers and I drove a block and heard cracking from the speakers he just installed and I went back, he took the car to the back came back and said, ''It's your amp'', and wanted to sell me a amp for $250.00. So, were my speakers really bad from the beginning? And now he refuse to honor his 1 year warrant he gave on the product. read more

I do not recommend this place at all I got a 1954 bel air I had 2 12 kickers l7 he installed all wires and Amp for highs and subs he sold me a quantum audio Amp but would pick up the 12s I paid 340 for that Amp so he changed it charging another 85 dollars for a 3000 watt db drive and gave me a year of warranty The Amp goes bad so I take it back they said that Amp was discontinued so he had to get it approved to change it he's words...calls back 4 days later saying it came in so I send someone to pick up well nothing he said he made a mistake then I called today Saturday another 4 days later and he puts me on hold for 15 minutes then hangs up so I call back and he's employee answers saying he's not there after he just literally put me on hold so I asked if they gonna give me a new one or not so I don't waste mine and their time he says he can do nothing. Well the owner calls me back saying my new Amp was there the hole time so I send someone to pick it up he charges another 65 stocking fee and gives that person a 1500 watt Amp with the receipt saying it's a 3000 watt Amp so I call back and he says that's all he has so I'm mad now and call the laws show them the receipt and the 1500 watt Amp so luckily I get 300 back plus the 65 restocking fee this guy is a joke never going back there again read more

I had them to install a car alarm same brand just different model from what I already had. They install the alarm but could not get all the functions to work properly I was still charged full price and told to come back for them to retry. After that I just cut my losses and went to Auto Sound Warehouse where they fixed all the problems that East audio could not also cleaned up the work. I would not recommend these guys. read more

I came in here a year ago to get lights installed & they did a horrible job & the lights were causing the car battery to drain. A month after I had even gotten the lights installed they started messing up. so I finally had time to come get them taken out & the owner wanted to charge me more than half of what I had paid for them to get installed!! He has poor business skills! read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would!!! I bought something from them on E-Bay about a week ago. I was very excited to receive my limited edition Master Palette by Mario, by Anastasia Beverly Hills. Turns out this this shit is fake!! I am not only mad, I'm disappointed! I spent my hard earned money on this palette hoping that I would get a high quality makeup palette for myself and all I get is a fake. I am really sad and angry. I just hope that if they are smart enough to sell fakes on E-Bay again, that they would try a little bit harder to match the quality of artistry of the Anastasia Beverly Hills makeup palettes.! read more

I will never be coming back to this place. I recommend no one go here. The installation was poor. It honestly looks like they threw it together. For the price and time I spent, I figured that it would get done right, but I learned the hard way that these guys are just here to make a sell. This is some of the work I got done. 1st was a 2015 JEEP WRANGLER halo lights on the lamp and fogs. The metal brackets around the lamp were broken on both sides and taped together, just a poor installation period! Cost:@ $600 bracket repairs @$75 2nd was a 97 TAHOE Z71 STROBE LIGHT INSTALLED, THE CONTROLLER SWITCH WAS INSTALLED ON THE INSIDE UNDER THE DASH. During the time of the installation the lever was moved to 4X4 and the truck was returned to me like that even though I don't think it was intentional. Long story short, I burned out my transmission on hwy 146 and had to get it towed. Once I realized the problem was that the 4X4 was on, I gave the store owner a call and informed him about the issue. He had no interest in recognizing his wrongdoings. Not surprising knowing his characteristics it was gonna be hell to get a dollar off this guy. You be better off robbing a bank with a sling shot. All in all, these strobe lights cost me about $1800 dollars. read more
