DO NOT buy tires here. I spent $2,400 on all new wheels and tires. After only 6 months of normal driving, 3 of the supposedly new tires separated tread causing the truck to shake violently and swerve to the right out of alignment. I had to spend another $1,300 at Toyota dealership for all new tires. Toyota tech showed me the serial numbers on the tires indicated they were OVER 10 years old and were already dry rotted. I returned the tires to Auto sound warehouse and was refused any Refund, Credit, Exchange or Anything. I've been a very loyal customer there for many years and to be treated like this is WRONG. I will Never go to this business again, I went there for rear speakers in my car, they had to remove my back seat to remove the speakers, they didn't put my seat back like it was, it's a lot of parts and screws they didn't put back in my seats and charged me 3 times more than what the speakers cost somewhere else, they're very dishonest and not trustworthy, they will scam you, stay away!!! read more

This place dose not know what their doing went here for cab light. a few days pass and the light stop working.

Went there on a Saturday, To install an amp on a sxs I was told 75per hour I said okay, "professionals" I thought won't take that long, Well the guy who wired it didn't know what he was doing wired the amp wrong said my amp wasn't pushing the speaker, 1000w amp wasn't pushing a 800w sub.... I purchased an amp from from that at the moment I didn't know was over priced.... well the installer burnt the amp and 2 hours of labor, They gave him a new amp, couldn't make it work till another two hours later, I was frustrated and needed to leave. I was told they where going to take time off ... my bill was $600 Will never ever go there again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. The sales man was rude, his name is AJ. The owner was there and also had an attitude, then acted like he was my buddy and said he was knocking off tile off the bill that didn't happen. I got there at 2pm left there at 6pm. worst experience ever getting stereo equipment install. installer didn't know what the heck he was doing, I would have came out better letting a monkey do it. a simple task as pairing 2speakers to 2ohm they had no idea. had to come home and do it myself took 15mins(took cigarette break) would recommend this shop to no one. Spent two hours waiting to get LED'S installed on 2021 Ford Expedition. the people (sales lady) gave the wrong lights to the installer to start with which I had to correct, then one of the lights was burnt out before they even installed it..... I asked the lady about some details on the lights they claim are the midline models, which cost 179.00 a set.....very expensive for LED LIGHTS....more than most of the best lights on the market.....she said I don't really have any info and all of them are made in china.....I (like a sucker they seen coming) completed the transaction and had them install the LED'S but feel like I was way over charged for what I received. The technicians that I watched looked like maybe average skill or DIY tech's. anything over a part swap you better stay away from this place. they could easily be put out of business by any level of competition. Unfortunately it was the only place i could find near the east side OR Baytown AREA. I did the high, low and fogs. the first qouted price was 540.00 plus tax. i got them to do it with install for 450 including tax but i can assure you they didnt pay more than 100 for all 3 sets of lights. and the tech was not experienced or a pro. read more

A few months after installation of my stereo, sub-woofer and amp, on occasion, my car wouldn't start. It was like the battery was dead. Where they connected the ground wire, the wire was melted. They didn't even tighten the bolt, so it was arcing which caused the wire to melt and the seemingly dead battery. Beware!!! read more

I have been a customer for years so let me begin in short phrasing, had a system in a truck installed and they didn't even mount the back speakers, their wiring is a hack job...... that was a while back, I have had 6 of my personal cars over the years, 2 of my wife's cars and brought and assortment of friends and family to have their windows tinted. I have paid for their "best" tint with the "lifetime Warrenty" on fading and peeling.... so when the time came around that their tint bubbled on the back of my car, peeled on the passenger rear on the car, and my truck tint is fading and turning red they said they couldn't fix it without me bringing them a receipt..... note that they know they have tinted my stuff just as well as anyone else and they said they know but refuse to fix it without a receipt.... I will never be using them again, my wife will never be using them, along with everyone else that I have brought to them..... also a side note on the tint, the owner said he wouldn't call their tinter because it cost him 100 bucks to even have him come out, and he would call me if someone paid to have their car tinted so he could "give me a good deal" lmao sorry MF read more
