I got speakers and tint a couple months back and the tint was decent. The speakers not so much, about 3 days into having them the back ones started sounding blown. I made recordings of it and set an appointment. Day of appointment I show them the video and they replace a part and even went on to charge me for the part. Why was I charged? when the speakers were under warranty. Well that doesn't fix the issue it started doing it again and they started giving me the run on getting my appointment so I finally gave up. Purchased a JL 12" sub on 6/25. Attempted to return 6/29 and was told I cannot return not even for store credit. I was then falsely accused of trying to return the wrong item. Tino and his employees looked for every reason to not help. On a box I was sold BY THEM, that was on the floor of there shop, they stated because the box didn't have a serial number it's not from there and that I was lying. Absolutely crazy to me to be told I'm lying when trying to return the same exact item I purchased. I already over paid $100 for the sub and box. Then to be told I'm lying is beyond me. I just purchased a new (to me) vehicle and needed a lil boost on the audio system. Nothing obnoxious just a good interior sound and I also needed some tint. I read reviews before I go places and had seen some "not so great" reviews of this place sprinkled in here and there. With those in mind I went in anyway to make up my own mind. I was helped by Even (yes, this is spelled correctly.) Even was an awesome person. I told him what I was looking for and he listened. No hard upsells, just good advice and expertise, he even told me things that would and could save me money. I went ahead and made a purchase and had them install everything. The level of workmanship is excellent and the speed at which everything was completed was exceptional. It only took two days before I was back with my wife's car to get her a surprise b-day gift and Even and his team delivered with the same level of service once again. I'm not sure what happened with those folks who gave poor reviews but that was not my experience. As far as I am concerned if you have a need for tint or car audio this is the place to go. I can't speak on lifts or suspension since I have not used them for these services yet. If/when I do I will update this review. read more

I would not recommend coming here. I brought my truck 6 months ago to get a radio installed. In the process of them installing the RADIO they broke my TRANSMISSION, by breaking my neutral safety switch. they called me back into the shop and tried to blame the problem on me, not knowing I had the entire transmission rebuilt 2 months prior and this leaves me with no parking break availability, which could be detrimental to my vehicle ! To this day I have to start my truck in neutral and keep a emergency break on when parked, also have zero radio or audio hooked up at the moment due to some of the electricals failing. I went into this shop asking them to troubleshoot a backup dashcsm battery that I purchased over the internet. Their technician took a look at it and determined it was defective. I'm editing my previous review because the manager or owner (Fabian) reached out to me and truly seemed like he wanted to make sure I'm satisfied. The install of my subwoofer and amp turned out well and is exactly what I wanted. It sounds good in my truck. All I will recommend to future customers is that you ask to see the final number for the price of any install up front, because I didn't find out until after I signed the contract for a 90 day same as cash payment plan. It ended up being significantly higher than what was verbally quoted to me. Other than a little issue with customer service, Tino's did a good job on my install. read more

I took the advice of a local auto shop and came here to get my headlights installed. Although this isn't a service they advertise, the staff assured me it was no problem. This was a huge mistake. I found out the following evening that my low beams were pointed so far down that driving in the dark was hazardous and terrifying. I took the car back and asked them to adjust the headlights upward - a task I could have done myself if I had the right tools, but having just moved across the country, I didn't have access and didn't feel like buying them. After waiting several hours for a free moment so they could fix the error, I was told that the headlights couldn't be adjusted and that they'd tilted the lights themselves upward to 'fix' the problem. At that point I'd been waiting so long that I didn't bother inquiring further, even though I knew the headlights had adjusters in the back because I had seen them and I had adjusted my own headlights in the past. I still couldn't see anything. I took the car to Firestone and was told the adjusters in the back of the headlights didn't do anything, which was bizarre. Finally, I got a friend of a friend to take the lights completely out and look at them. It turns out the reason they couldn't be fixed was that the adjusters on one side had been snapped clean off, and even more of the headlights had been broken in the back, so the other adjuster wouldn't even stay in place. The passenger side light was being held in with a zip tie because someone clearly fucked up and broke off one of the stabilizing parts that would have held it in place. Marvelous job, guys. I still gave this place two stars for the friendly staff and reasonable prices, and because I acknowledge that this isn't their usual business. They don't advertise aftermarket headlight installation, so that's my bad. However, they wrecked my $300 lights beyond repair and didn't feel the need to tell me they'd fucked anything up (I assume because I'm female and they figured I'm too ignorant to know anything about cars). I'll be taking my business elsewhere or doing my own installations in the future. I guess that's what I get for being lazy. read more

Got a new Pionee ACH-601X stereo/CD/DVD unit for my 2014 Ford supercrew, price was right with Sirius, backup camera and Bluetooth all installed. They completed the job while I waited, didn't take that long. Had a problem with the Bluetooth not connecting with my Samsung Note 8, for the phone calling only, streaming music worked fine. It took a couple of hours to find the problem, problem was in the Ford programming, on the factor microphone. Everything is working fine and the sound is great. The guys at the shop were friendly, helpuful and I will go back for any of my accessories needs. Oh the price was right also. read more

SCAMMERS!! Bought some pioneer 5x7 for $59.99, found them elsewhere less than an hour after i purchased. One place for $29.99 and another for $35.99. Took the unopened speakers with reciept back to the store and let them know i could get them for $25.00 less than i had paid there and wanted to return them. Guy told me only store credit, i explained to him his own return policy that was printed on the ticket. I dont mind supporting a local store but $25 more on a pair of speakers when the cost is only $59 is a little bit to much of a profit margin. International Audio is located on Center Street in Deer Park, TX. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. I have been doing business with them since 2004. I have taken 3 vehicles there; my first love- my 1993 ford bronco, second love - 1969 chevelle SS, and my new love-2005 dodge ram single cab hemi. I have spent an estimated $4000-$5000 there over the years and have never had bad service. They are very reasonable with prices and negotiating, and cash is always primo as a method of payment! They have offered package deals in the past, and from my experience, the more you spend, the larger the discounts get. The owners are the kindest most knowledgeable guys I have ever encountered in the audio business. I have been to other places in the Houston/Pasadena/Deer Park area and would never go back to anyone but International Audio in Deer Park. They are professional in every aspect of their business while still being reasonable and negotiable with their prices. They carry the biggest, best, latest brands and their installs are a perfection. I went to this place to have a stereo and tint installed in my Hummer h2. When they did the work they dented my hummer and broke a plastic clip on my dash board. Keep in mind this is a new truck. They tint they put on had bubbles in it . They told me they would go away in a week or 2. Well after the 2 weeks the bubbles got bigger. Looks like dirt under the tint. They tried to tell me that the dent was my fault and they did no wrong. after reading alot of other post about this company I found that they are just a rip off and give no refunds. I found their mark up to be 60% higher than online prices. They service was very rude. read more

They have installed radios and speakers in two of my vehicles. Have always been very professional and sell a great product. They do not try to up sale or deceive you. They recently installed a horn in my Jeep. The horn stopped working a week later. I took the jeep back and the guys told me the horn was bad. Good price and of course I helped a small family business. I would definitely recommend. On a side note Billy R. Your comment displays your lack of economic reasoning. You discuss about helping out small town businesses yet you were talking about taking woofers you bought elsewhere(most likely the Internet) and going to have it installed there. If you know anything from these businesses you would know that businesses make their money from the sale of the equipment, not the installation. They actually break even at best, and lose money most of the time on their installation price they charge. Then, if something is wrong, you would come and complain and they would be held liable to fix something they never even made any money off of in the first place. Think of it in this situation. If you only have 2 hours to work on something, Will you work on something that you make no money off of, or accept the job that you WILL make money off of. Time is money!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Business!!! I have spent a few thousand dollars on previous systems with International Audio. I went in the store about a month ago, 2/22/12, and asked the owner if he could build a subwoofer enclosure for underneath my 2011 F150 Crew cab. He seemed like he was interested until I told him I already had the subwoofers and just needed the box built. He replied,"We will not build a box unless you buy our subwoofers". I asked him again and again to make sure I was hearing him correctly, because hes foreign and has an accent. Over and over he told me that he will not do anything for me unless I buy his subwoofers. He did not give me a price quote and did not look at my truck. I also had this business remove my sound system out of my corvette when I sold it about a year ago and recently when I had it reinstalled in my truck the installers (at another co.) showed me that the RCA plugs on the all 3 of the amps where bent and the white and red caps were popped off. It looks as though when International Audio removed the old system they just yanked the RCA cords until they popped off the amps. 2 of the amps were permanently damaged and the other amp I had to buy the RCA plugs for. This business should be OUT OF BUSINESS. I can tell that they will be gone soon, because they will lose customers as myself and Deer Park is a small community and word gets spread quickly. I hope that the city I have lived in for 30 years will put this jerk out of business by not giving him our money. I always like to buy from local businesses, but when someone like this guy talks to customers the way he does, he local business loyalty. The prices are not very good, the service is horrible, the owner should be kicked out of the city, and their "Lifetime Warranty" has never been honored from anyone I know. read more
