there should be an option for stay away! after spending almost $1000 on stereo speakers amp bass knob and speaker box and install we had one speaker blow out it hasn't even been 2 months we bring it by they order it then we don't hear back for 2 weeks finally come up here to get it replaced after waiting an hour in a half they bring the speaker out tell me I got to buy new one this one is cut but when I brought it up here twice u looked at it and said nothing. I saw no tear but since the amp is no good too you won't replace the speaker that wasn't torn when I got here. definitely will not be doing business here again. The employee seems to have a problem with customer service because when you ask questions he just replies with a smart ass reply like I work here??!!!... this is your job not mine if you don't like it why are you here??? Then when we get our vehicle back they took both speakers out and said they had to test them that's why the broken one is on the left side now but why test a ripped speaker u knew it wouldn't work. They tore my speaker then tried to blame it on Me. the amp is a cheaper downgrade and the bass knob is even cheaper I had one that lights up showing voltage this one doesn't even work and the wires are hanging out of my door where they replaced broken amp. Call them back and the person proceeds to tell us fuck you and hung up on us. Definitely do not do business with this company ever again! Buyer beware I had a warranty and I left with one speaker that works a broken speaker a cheaper amp and cheaper bass knob then I purchased originally. They do not honor their own warranties so If you want to throw away money definitely go here read more

selected one star because I had to choose an option other than that I would give it a zero. I took my car to get a radio replaced and they messed up my screen display that shows thermo controls etc.. they claim they are not at fault since putting in new stereo didn't have proper adapter to reconnect display. I do not recommend this stereo shop. Two vehicles, over $4000 invested. Two bad head units, one vehicle brought in twice and another brought back five times. Installers leave wires and cuttings all over vehicles and second vehicle had old amp and wiring left under seat. Poor service. Management argues. YMMV but I will not recommend this business. I've been dealing with this place for a couple months now. Their install work is weak and their "deals" are shady. The radio is not flush in the dash. Sirius radio antenna is ran improperly and causes leaks in the door seal. The microphone falls off its mount. The last straw is with the USB port I asked to be installed. They said no problem, we just need to order the part. The part arrived and the manager expected me to pay an additional $50. (I found the same thing for $10 online) Regardless, this should have been all included to make the install complete. So, now there's a random USB cord running out of my glove box. NOT COOL, for the price I paid for a COMPLETE system. You're better off not gambling with this company. read more

Wanted to wait a few months in order to post a reliable trustworthy review on my experience. I Immediately searched for a car audio installer in the Baytown area (close to my work) and surprisingly found great reviews on this business that was really close to my work. I walked in and immediately spoke with the sales guy who had the exact box I needed for my pickup in stock. Fast forward to post install my rear view camera wasn't working; immediately called and the harness was replaced free of cost and an apology from the owner himself (even though I probably didn't mention the camera during the bid process). 1 month into having my new system installed (head unit, amp, box and (2) 10" DW subs.) my speakers ripped at the seam due to how the rear seat was constructed. Once again I immediately called and the issue was resolved within a couple of hours the new speakers were installed and the system sounded better than it did when I initially had it installed. Overall it blew my mind to know that a business with such amazing customer service existed in BAYTOWN; (Chic fa La doesn't even have this type of service).
