This couch has been well-loved over the years and was showing significant wear, including a cushion that was worn with small tears. We had honestly reached the point where we thought we might replace it. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. After coming to our home to assess the couch in person, they carefully evaluated its condition and helped us adjust the scope of work to ensure the best possible outcome. They took several cushions back to their shop for more extensive repairs and returned just a few days later to complete the work. The results are nothing short of amazing. They expertly repaired the damaged cushion, moisturized and refreshed the leather color throughout the entire sectional, touched up areas of wear, and even replaced the underliner that our roomba shredded after getting stuck under the couch. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship are truly impressive. Our couch now looks almost brand new. It's hard to believe the transformation. What was once a tired, aging piece of furniture has been given a new life, and we're excited to keep enjoying it for years to come. We are grateful for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and care throughout the process. Diamond Leather exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to restore and preserve their leather furniture. I wish I had photos that truly captured the transformation!
