The first item ready for me was fries, I saw them produce it almost immediately after my order and as I stood at the counter waiting I see the staff struggling with their low IQ trying to figure out the order of the family before me. 10 minutes go by as the goof troop behind the counter struggled to read the english on their screen perhaps? IDK. My burger came and I told the server that my fries had been sitting there 10 minutes so he went to get new fries I suppose although the ones he gave me were ice cold after I had finished 3/4 of the most underwhelming burger experience Ive had in my life.
