Dale seemed like a trusted professional. I had him come out and remove rats, sanitize my…read moreencapsulated crawlspace, and seal all possible ways in. He chose plastic plates with a bolt and some cauk. Months later, I noticed the cauk was not on the bottoms of the plastic which had warped and created open spaces. Dale seemed to try to rectify the situation with adding a special bolt to reseal the space. A week later, I had a termite inspection. They had found dead rats, excrement, and damage/holes all over my encapsulation. They also found a poison trap which had not been placed there since Dale left. When I called Dale to follow up, I noticed my cell was blocked - did he anticipate my call? I called via a new number and no accountability was taken. He told me he guarenteed his work for 30 days (on a failed solution). Buyer beware. Also, the parent company seems to have some sort of class action lawsuit against them...I sure learned my lesson. I don't care how nice you seem to be. This is bad business practice.
