They replaced all the decorative rocks that had been there, on top of the pit as if we wouldn't notice. I have called two times now to complain, once right after the work was completed, and once about three months later and was told very nicely that they hadn't forgotten about us and would come out to fix it. That was another two months ago. Another two faced company that takes your money and doesn't follow through.

The job took less than 50 minutes. The culprit according to Drain and Pump Services Inc. was sludge. Within a couple of days, the clog returned with vengeance. Another contractor was called out and found roots inside the lateral. The roots were cut out and the drain was restored. He called Drain and Pump Services Inc. and asked for a refund at which time he was hung up on. In this day and age, no business can afford poor workmanship and certainly not rude customer service.

They snaked it to 100 feet, and then hydrojetted it at 125 feet. They have the right tools! They cleaned up our mess and took great care of us. They charged a very reasonable emergency call fee and a legit fee for the time involved.
