Okay as far as getting the job done but WAY too bossy and fanatical for my taste. Ever been to see a professional who is so obsessed with their own field that they kind of forget how reality works for normal people? You know, like the dentist who thinks you're going to brush and floss after every single meal plus every time you have a Starbucks? That was my experience here, just with the other end. I didn't ask to be put on a diet, but she immediately starts talking about how she's going to put me on keto. Excuse me, if I wanted to be on keto, I would be on keto, and that's not why I am here. Also, you're NOT a licensed dietician. Stay in your lane! I was just a bit plugged up, wanted some relief, but she wanted me to make my gut and butt into a lifestyle. She ordered me about what equipment to buy at home, what we're going to do "next time" and sister, I had already made up my mind that there would be no next time. Maybe she was just having an off day but her intensity was at about a 9 when I just wanted someone at about a 3. She talked my ear off the whole time I was there and 90% of it was her trying to tell me what to do. That is 100% not my style and I did not come here to join The Church of the Holy Poop. So it could have been worse, but there are plenty of other choices in the area and this is not the right one for me. read more

First let me say, Yelp did not disappoint. The 5 stars that Anna has are well deserved! I've had colonics with a different clinic prior and those experiences don't even come close to this one! Having a colonic is not a very fun procedure but Anna made me very comfortable and the procedure overall was less taxing on my body. This was the first time I took the plunge and went for colon hydrotherapy. I have thought about it for years and felt it would be a great complement to my detox I do twice a year. But I was spooked because I didn't know how it worked, how it felt, if I'd be embarrassed, all that stuff. Anna is great! Anna had a huge warm smile for me when I got to the office. Actually before that we texted a couple times and she answered some questions so I felt good going in. Anyways, I filled in paperwork which was good then went back and got changed. Anna is way cool! Very professional and respectful. And at the same time fun and probably a blast to hang out with. She explained how it would all work and how I could see what was happening and getting cleaned. I liked that. She also gave me great advice on diet and how that affects the digestive tract. So I feel that I can now eat better, chew my food longer and keep my self in better shape between sessions. First time getting colon therapy. My boyfriend and I had such a great experience. We eat mostly clean on a daily basis. We don't have any issues with our bowel movements. We chose to have this done just to cleanse ourselves and lose a few pounds of waste. To prep for this session we just came in as normal. Didn't manipulate our diet in any way to prepare which was suggested by Anna. She said she wants a client to come in as is so that if there are any problems she could see what's going on. The sessions took about 1hr from start to finish. (Signing papers, changing, explanation, and actual session). I learned that there are different kinds of colon therapy. Anna has the machine where she manually fills and empties water. So she is with you the entire session. This wasn't awkward at all! She is very kind to talk to. Answered all of our questions. **If you're a couple she allowed us to be together why one was doing the session** We both had a great colon therapy session! We both would do it again! Post colon therapy we felt normal. No accidents or like water coming out. Haha! I felt lighter and my tummy felt smaller. Tip for females: Avoid going when you're about to start red ribbon week. I had the worst health in 2015 due to losing a friend and going through depression, smoking more packs a day, and having high blood pressure due to my poor eating habits. I knew that going to the doctor in general would probably scare me straight and quitting cold turkey would help a ton.
