Good Evening, I am a client at your spa who came in today for an appointment at 10am for body wrao. I have payed for 12 contour and body wrap sessions ahead of time on my account. I asked the women who came in late today after my session if you all do refunds due to active duty military PCSING therefore I can not finish out all of my sessions that I payed for ahead of time. She quickly stated "We don't do refunds here" which was not stated to me when I payed over $1000 to do the 12 session packet. She then stated "but you can transfer your credit to something else like CRYO". I asked her to then please book me for CRYO this upcoming Saturday due to this being the last day I may be able to do the appointment. She then rushed me out of the spa saying that she would call in a few minutes today about the matter. Is there the owner or someone I can speak with about this matter ? She has not called me to schedule this appointment , and I do not feel like I was treated well being a paying customer with this matter. My journey here has been wonderful. I have tried every treatment and THEY ALL WORK but you must be consistent. I haven't been consistent but as of lately I have and I can see an immense result. The first pic is a before and after of their new Kuma machine. In my opinion the best for skin tightening but it leaves some redness/bruising although is NOT painful at all its from the vacuum. I first discovered this place when I came in for an ionic foot detox, which I had never done but had read some mixed reviews on the internet that it might work. High level overview: This place is unassuming from the outside (tucked in an older stripmall off a busy street), but the place is always impeccably clean, and all of the staff make you feel totally comfortable (which is especially appreciated when you're nearly naked for some treatments). The prices are extremely competitive vs other beauty spas, and I've tried several different treatments, as detailed below. I first discovered this place via Groupon a million years ago just to try an ionic foot detox. I later had my first hydro-colonic session with owner Rebecca who was extremely kind, comforting and insightful. They don't offer this service anymore, but I've been a client off and on ever since. I've also tried the teeth whitening and Kuma Body Scultping. That being said, I've never believed in the "quick weight loss" beauty treatments, but was intrigued to give it a try when ATS offered an unbeatable deal as part of a 3-week challenge. This included Infared Countour Lipo, Cryolipolyse, and heated body wraps. I went in with an open mind and made my final conclusion: If you come expecting huge results with one session, that isn't likely to happen. These treatments work wonders with consistency, and of course paired with diet and exercise efforts. My jaw dropped at my 3-week before and after photos. I would have never anticipated results like that. So my advice is, if you have the financial freedom to invest in body care, you'll want to keep your eyes peeled for package deals, which they offer CONSTANTLY via their Instagram page. I have been looking for a place to help me lose weight and feel good about myself I saw this spa in an ad and thought I would give it a try. I have been doing my sessions with a laser body contour paired with a body wrap for a total of 6 session each, results are AMAZING! I have lost my stubborn back fats and inches off my waist, went from a tight size 27 jeans to a comfortable size 26. Not only did I just drop sizes but my skin has looked a lot better. I also have tried the Brazilian butt lift, which is an amazing machine. It has helped my flat butt get toned and add a lift Also, for an extra boost in burning those stubbborn fats (most especially my lower tummy area) I tried the Lipo Cavitation and Radio Frequency, I lost 2 1/2 inches around my waist with just ONE session! I did not have a good experience with this spa last night. I could not find parking on either side of the street after calling to find out if I was in the correct area. I followed GPS in my car and it was correct. If they would've told me to leave earlier to be sure you find parking as there is a bar next door and it's busy, it would help. Also say it's between Stereo Depot and this store. I spent 40 minutes worth of driving for nothing to show for it but stressed out! I did not feel like a customer but perhaps someone they were angry at. I was told they never heard of a place with a foot massage sign. When I drove back there, I saw the same sign next to the Stereo Depot, along with Waxing. I was talked at and couldn't ask questions to help me. I do not want to come back here to be treated poorly again. There was no apology when I couldn't get a word in or when they called me back while I was driving when I said No thanks to scheduling during the day. read more
