I brought my mazda because I needed to replace the turbocharger.Tom quoted me $2,100 and I dropped…read moreoff my car.He called me in 7 days to pick it up.The bill was $290 more than the initial one due to seized bolts and an oil in the air filter.Was it hidden fees and overcharging?I don't know.Probably any car older than 3 years has seized bolts and the oil can get into the air filter. After picking up the car I found that the passenger-side window stopped working and the plastic engine cover wasn't placed back.They put the cover back but refused to fix the window telling me it's not turbo related and it's a separate problem due to the dead switch. I googled the problem and found the solution.It turned out it was the common problem:the window stopped working cause the battery was disconnected during the replacement of turbo.I fixed it myself in 2 minutes. So I paid $2,700(with HST) just to solve 1 problem and get another one instead.If I didn't make a research on the internet I would pay another $300 for non-existing problem:replacement of good window switch.

When I raised the issue, I was told it was now a "mechanical problem" and outside their scope of service. No compensation was offered, and no steps were taken to fix the damage they caused. While the premises is convenient for quick service, this incident shows the risk of using a facility that does not take responsibility for mistakes. My advice: take the extra time to book with a dealer or a reputable service shop. If an error occurs there, they will make it right to maintain customer trust.

Multiple oil changes on several vehicles, two timing change belts on a Jetta diesel, thousands of dollars spent, and the "level of service" I personally received from the store manager Gord, was appalling. I took my brand new vehicle in for an oil change at the end of March 2025. The employee that serviced my vehicle, re-used the factory crush washer, and also took the engine cover off (don't know why you would need to take an engine cover off for an oil change). Having a gravel driveway, neither myself or my husband noticed the oil leaking out. When I did notice, the vehicle being under warranty, it was taken to the dealership, where it cost me $200 for them to tell me that whoever did the last oil change didn't do it properly. When I took my issues to Gord, I was "mansplained" on how he has personally changed oil on, as I quote "way more expensive vehicles than yours" and how they never replace the crush washers (that's how they work, they are crushed when they used and are NOT reusable) and that he would not be helping me with the $200 I had to pay for his stores mistake. Oh, and nor would he be looking for an engine cover, cause he had "non kicking around sweetie", and would have called me if he had seen it. I had lost over a litre of oil in my vehicle, and was looking at a completely seized engine on a brand new car. Since Barb has left, it has gone downhill. If I had the option to give this store 0 stars, I would. I would recommend going anywhere else for your oil change.

Again for Winter tires work was done in an efficient and timely matter and again, found worn out parts on my 2006 Malibu. Completed the work timely! I now have a NEW CAR.. well almost... but a lot better steering/handling. GREAT WORK! GREAT PEOPLE.
