There are…read moreprobably a dozen audiologists closer to me but I cheerfully make the trip and will do so every time. I cannot recommend Dr. Beuhler highly enough. I first contacted him because of a hearing problem my mother-in-law had. Her insurance was rejected by many of the audiologists I spoke to. Dr. Beuhler did accept it. More to the point, he counseled me that it was illegal for others to deny service and how to couch my inquiry so that they knew I was aware of the law and they better accept me. He did this to spare me the trip even though it meant he would lose my business. He just wanted to 'do right' by a patient. He even went further and called some of the audiologists I had spoken to to advise them that they had to service my mother-in-law. It worked. But I skipped the others and made the long drive to his office. My mother-in-law was outfitted. Shortly after, she broke her hearing aid. Dr. Beuhler was able to replace it using warranty provisions and his service was outstanding. Since then, I have developed hearing issues of my own and have been to him several times. I have also referred many of my friends and clients to him. He is just a super find - professionally qualified and skilled and absolutely dedicated to doing the very best for his clients. I may relocate to CA. If I do, I will make it a point to schedule my trips to the East Coast to allow a visit with him if necessary.

I write from my own experiences. While a further trip then my current Audio Center, I am glad I went. She was thorough in testing and well spoken so I could hear the information she shared. I give her 5 stars. Her office person Diane was not in at this visit. I have not gotten the hearing aids yet and I can only hope they are better than the ones I currently have. Which to my surprise were covered with wax and she cleaned them for me. No wonder they were not working well. (yes, I had made unsuccessful appointment attempts at my current hearing place when I started having problems with them) Thus once gotten and adjusted new hearing aids, and seeing and hearing how they work, I can refurb on the extra star. The area is beautiful. Main Street and Argile Theater are down the block. Thre is also a pond in the back (birds with babies) off the parking area. Note: If using a GPS put in 20 Argile Square to take you directly to parking lot and upon entering note the direction of the arrows to find parking and entrance. (see pix) Office is at far end. In the past, I have had hearing aids from another hearing care center (not Otohealth) and was not happy with them. Once I had the hearing aids, the audiologist was not readily available to address my questions or concerns. Dr. DiMarco is the exact opposite. She encouraged me to communicate with her as often as I need to have any questions answered. She scheduled me for a follow up appointment right away. Buying hearing aids is an investment. Rather than offering lot of generalized information, he takes his cues from my feedback. Bottomline: I don't feel like I am a task- aka "next patient".
