Manager Mario was dismissive and rude today, refusing any accountability and demanding another $600 to fix his own failed work. The Math: I went to a competitor who replaced the entire system and did an oil change for $450 total. Ledgewood wanted $600 for just one pipe. They are charging a 150% markup on parts that don't last. Even their own website is currently filled with complaints about the police being called and poor service. As a local business owner, I am appalled by this lack of ethics. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I have been taking my vehicles here for over 10 years. They are knowledgeable and don't try and sell me other services. If I do need something that I am unaware of they print out a form to let me see it and make up my mind if I want it or not. I trust these guys with my life!
