He was on the roof, in the crawl space and everywhere in between. He even checked the wiring in the electrical panel. I really was impressed with how many items were checked. Our inspection was on a cold day. David had a meter that detected heat loss in the walls which I thought was interesting. He provided a thorough report a day or two later listing the status of every area checked. He found a couple of items that needed attention, and he had photos of those so I could see what he was referring to. Very happy with his work.
