We live on the coast and have been looking for a house in the Bend area for over a year now. Having just a short time to visit and view houses a lot can be missed. So imagine our surprise when handed a report by Brickkicker on a house now one knew much about. The report was concise, detailed and through. "Wow!" I said I want a report done by him! ". Well we found a house, three buildings on the property and young homeowners who had bought the house as a forclosure with little knowledge of its condition and unable to answer many questions. Brickkicker came in, went though the house and outbuildings and was able to identify all that needed attention and to assure us that most everything was in good shape. He explained everything he was doing and even spent time walking us around and explaining things about the house that weren't on his contract to inspect just to be helpful. David from The BrickKicker provided a property inspection on a property I was buying. I was very impressed with his thorough inspection, especially because I live in another state and was not able to view the property myself. He included a very important point to that inspection that I would never have thought of, which was to see if there was a final inspection/CO on the building (the building was 20 years old). We discovered that it had never been completed and so the sellers had to correct a few items for it to pass prior to closing. Also, our handyman who is doing the repair work said David did a very thorough job on the report. I would highly recommend this business. read more

Phenomenal inspection by David at a property out near La Pine, called me beforehand to go over the points he was going to cover and disclosed an absolute ton of information about the property. I'm still in underwriting on the property but David has saved us thousands on potential repairs and even went as far as to give tips on the unique situation of the property (private well, septic etc). Potentially these one star inspections were not done by David (the owner), but I couldn't imagine him missing anything like leaking faucets or mold or broken window seals since he caught ALL of those in our inspection.
