Pretty solid Deli here in East Hanover. Breakfast and Lunch sandwiches are pretty good. They have a few tables and stools for dining in or you can grab and go. I pick up my lottery and coffee here sometimes plus it's a decent spot to hangout and gather the local haps. The East Hanover Deli is currently under new management and they're doing a good job in resurrecting this classic style eatery. read more

Employees here do not wear masks and get abusive when you call them out on it. I was told "f*** you" and "f*** off" several times yesterday. If you don't want your food made by someone not wearing a mask and / or do not want to be swore at AVOID this place. They even followed me out of the store and charged at the car screaming the f word with my toddler in the car. Disgraceful! read more

This is a very nice deli offering hot/cold sandwiches and breakfast items. I ordered the whole ham, capicola, cheese sub. The meat was fresh, and the roll was a nice bakery roll instead of the soft mushy rolls you get at a chain sub place. I ordered the full sub for $8.80, and got a gigantic (about 16") sub. Next time I think the half is a better portion for one person. read more

Came here while waiting for some special keys to be made next door. The breakfast was great, but there were some patrons gossiping loudly and cursing that took away from the entire experience. These guys were gossiping about the towns women and who they were with before hand and who they slept with. We were offended that they were just allowed to talk that loudly and open while other patrons are eating their food. Just no respect. read more

Best transition to new ownership that I have ever seen. I started going to this deli when it opened back in the early 90's. At first when I heard it was being sold, I felt like I was losing one of my favorite places, but instead, it is as good as ever. Then new owner and his family are great. This deli is like the modern day version of Cheers, you go in and you will always see the same cast of loyal characters, as well as new people who have heard how good the food is. You won't be disappointed. Everything from the breakfast sandwiches to the lunch specials are great and very reasonably priced. Plus, I love that everything is prepared in front of you, so you can see how your food is handled. Great place and a wonderful family atmosphere where you really feel at home. I wish them great success! read more

This deli was sold last year to a former employee and the new owner is really putting his mark on the business. Yesterday I had the chicken BLT with avocado on rye toast and it was outstanding. The chicken was grilled and super thin. Good breakfast and lunch crowd with creative specials, fair prices. It's a true family business with Mom and Dad pitching in whenever they can. read more

New favorite lunch spot. Just started working in this area and I was referred here by a friend. Now we come multiple times per week. The rundown: Pretty good food at a good price. Details: Started coming here a few weeks ago and have been satisfied so far. Basic deli sandwiches and daily specials that include sausage and peppers, meatball parm, etc. Bread is excellent! LOOOVE this place!! Owner is always super nice and delivery is quick with a smile! Our office is addicted to their cheese steaks and onion rings as well as their salads (when we are being good)!
