I've been coming here for a few years now. Because of my busy and not so stable schedule there are times where I called on the same day to try to make an appointment and Dr Rodriguez always make sure to fit me in whenever possible. He takes my insurance which is great so I dont have to worry about getting a surprise bill in the mail. My Job was offering a Job fair for health and wellness and he came out and offered services and advice on his own time. I've been to a few other places before and my visits were short and not very helpful. Dr Rodriguez not only spends the time to trouble shoot the problem areas I also get a warming pad right before a deep tissue massage in the problem area. Hello I've been going to Roland for the past four years I've had many problems beginning with frozen shoulder from diabetes I've gone to my doctor he sent me to rehab and it did nothing. I went to Roland and after three visits of working my shoulders and the muscles I was able to raise my arms above my head he's always fixing all of problems I've had. I've been out of alignment he's fixed it and he's been working on my sciatic nerve the past three visits, I had pain in both legs from the sciatic nerves, I could barely walk the pain is almost gone now if you need a great chiropractor doctor he's the guy. His receptionist is fantastic she is awesome she sends me reminders of my upcoming appointments . She is always smiling anyone who has a problem with her should check themselves first. I've suffered for years with episodes of vertigo. They usually last a day or so, and I just suffer through them, but I recently had a violent episode that lasted weeks. Couldn't get in to see my PCP, but was referred to an ENT who ordered a CT scan and prescribed sinus washes and Zyrtec. Vertigo continued and I was referred to physical therapy which was several weeks out. I went to see Dr, Rodriguez for my regular adjustment and mentioned my vertigo. He performed some maneuvers, turning my head to the left, laying me down, then back up etc. I had tried some of this on my own but wasn't successful. His maneuvers left me extremely dizzy, but by the next day, the vertigo was gone. I felt like it was a miracle after almost 6 weeks of suffering. Next time, I will go in sooner! His massages go right to removing those knots, and the adjustments vary depending on your need at the time instead of always being the same. We're very glad to find a chiropractor close to our house, we basically can walk to the office. My whole family have been coming here for over 5 years now and was never disappointed. The treatment worked and they have massage available when needed. It's so easy to make an appointment, they'll work with you to accommodate as best as possible. We've gotten treatment other than adjustments, too. I've had vertigo and was treated by the general practitioner and I mentioned it to Dr.Rodriguez on one of my adjustments appointment, he worked on it and no more vertigo (only one visit). What a great relief not to have headache. Another important reason we stayed with Dr.Rodriguez is because there are NEVER any hidden fees. If there are any fees or copay, they'll inform you in advance. They don't overcharged our insurance either. Actually, I wouldn't care what they'll charge the insurance company but there were NO extra fees, NO charges on unused services, basically we're glad they're honest and extremely professional. I stopped going, cause Dr. Rodriguez billed my insurance company wrong.So, I saw the guy for 2 visits, expected a bill for about 125 bucks... So ends up, this foo billed me for over $500. I called to pay, and he couldn't give me a straight answer as to why the jump in price, we got into an argument..." "He called me back to cover his ass, and had reasons as to why he could bill for the extra amount, then tells me he would still write it off because he wanted to keep his word from the previous conversation. One reason he gave me, was that he runs a business and would stick it to insurance companies (even though that drives my premiums up, and makes me wonder who else he sticks it to. The next day I received a voicemail from some unprofessional wierdo chick ( the receptionist), she told me that she talked to my insurance company and found out that my case settled, and even though it was for an amount less than expected, they felt I owed them $125. I was a bit put off by the fact that "he wasn't keeping his word anymorE I don't think good business means charging people whatever you feel like hoping they'll pay without a fuss Especially considering that I found a much better, honest chiropractor. Dr. Roland Rodriguez is a miracle worker. He has healing hands. Been a patient of his for almost 2 years. He is very nice and friendly. Works by appointment only and is on time with his appointments. For example, if you have an appointment at 2pm he will be with you at 2pm unlike these doctors that schedule appointments and see you 30 minutes to an hour after your scheduled appointment. Today was my first time in this establishment. Upon arrival I noticed it was very clean and well decorated. Major kudos for the radio station, they had some good music playing while I filled out paperwork. I was seen shortly after filling out said paperwork. Dr. Rodriguez politely introduced himself to me. I liked that we were able to converse about a few things other than my condition/ reason for my visit. I appreciate that he listened to what I had to say first before going into the procedure. I have been having lower back pain so I was referred to several chiropractors in the area however, I chose this one after doing a bit of research. I am very satisfied after my visit here. I been visiting doctor Rodrigues office for about 4 years he really is amazing he helped me get over a knee injury that I had been struggling with for about a year. Had been to a lot of doctors all they would give me was ibuprofen for my pain they said I had tendon riotous which cause me a lot of pain. My whole leg was way thinner than the other over the year of struggling with the pain.
