Ironically, about a minute after that call, I received an email -- but it wasn't my doctor's note. It was a survey asking me to rate my experience. That pretty much summed up my experience. The lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through from the front desk was extremely disappointing. When someone is injured and relying on your office for documentation needed for work, they shouldn't have to repeatedly chase it down. The doctor himself was great, which is unfortunate because the front desk experience is the reason I rated my visit a 1. At this point, I'm not even sure I'll return for my follow-up appointment and may choose to continue my care somewhere else.

The worst part is we heard a horrendous popping noise when she muzzled my dog and pulled her neck on the first day. She claimed that it popped the neck back into its proper place. My dog now breathes very heavily and seems uncomfortable even while sleeping as a result. I had to take her to CARE rehab in West LA where they determined there was a neck injury of some sort. Now we go to Dr. Palmer who practices a gentler method. However, my dog is still injured and it's heartbreaking that this happened. Just wanted to share my experience.
