Some might want to go to a 99 cents per shirt cleaners, but the extra $1.50 or so per item doesn't bug me. You pay for what you're getting here, and it's worth it to me. How can dry cleaners be so awesome? I didn't really know that until I started coming here. I have been taking clothing here for two years. They go way beyond other places. If something has loose or missing buttons or a small tear, they fix it for you for free. Last week, I dropped off a sweater with glass buttons. Two of them were broken when I dropped it off. I was thinking I'd have it cleaned and pressed and then replace all the buttons and be set to go. They somehow located these very unique glass buttons, replaced the broken ones, and rethreaded the small beads on the neckline of the sweater. They didn't charge me for this, or for the dozen other times they've done things like that. As far as they're concerned this is what a dry cleaner does. They're also use organic, biodegradable and non-toxic products. Regular dry cleaning is harmful to the environment and bad for those with sensitive skin. This makes a big difference. You wouldn't know by the quality that they are using non-toxic products to clean.

Little did I realize they were a gem of the Lynnwood scene for a long time. I needed to get my daughter's prom dress cleaned quickly. Like I wrote above--a two-day turnaround. The staff didn't bat an eye. "Of course we can do it." Those golden words singing from their lips nearly gave me an out-of-body experience. The result? Perfection. The dress looks great. Daughter is pleased. They have my business moving forward.

I wanted to see why the higher reviews than the place I newly go to. It may be a small place, but they are great with customer service. Did a great job as well. When the pillows weren't done and I had to come back the next day, Daniel trusted me enough to take the comforters home without paying, and trusted that I will come Back to get my pillows then pay when I retrieve them. Wow! Not a lot of places do that anymore. I'm sure I'll be back, but the other place is closer to my home. Also great value for the work they do.

I ended up putting them in the dryer and she came back stating well since you're already here we will let you. Now I'm waiting for them to dry and they are watching me staring at me, making me uncomfortable as I am trying to dry and fold my clothes to go home. They gave me a hard time just being able to use a basket to get my clothes out. Mind you, I am the only person in here. Business is clearly slow. To say the least I will not be returning.
