And when we did not one person said anything nor did they even try to stop us. Approximately 5 minutes after we left they called me on my cell phone and asked where we went. Well after being their since 11:40am and it's now after 1:00pm and I only get a 60 minute break we left. They begged me to come back and I said No enough is enough we are finding a new doctors office for all my my children. Other issues delt with: Improper billing codes used to my insurance so they tried to make me cash pay for a visit. Never do they call you back at your appointment time. Trying to collect more than what our co-payment is. Very hard to get medical records from them for other doctors who request them. There #1 doctor left their practice to start his own. Too bad it's all the way in Spring Hill or I would have followed him! This place is just continuing to get worse not sure why we stayed as long as we did as other parents we know and are friends with left awhile ago. I was just hate changing places and going through all the paperwork but I will do that just to not be put in a waiting exam room for over 50 minutes with not one person coming in to check on us or say anything!
