No one wants their kids falling on the hard floors, so they tell you not to climb the dividers, no running, etc... No elder wants you jumping on them while they're trying to get a workout in. All these rules and lifeguards barking at people is for your own safety. Rules are in place for a reason. No one wants to see you get hurt. As for the people in the front desk. Well supposly if you go in the swimmer area and then go into the kids area it's bad cause of the wate which obviously is weird so my mom decided to go talk to the manager and no she is not a karen or whatever for talking to the manager she had an reason to talk to him and she came back and said that he said it got to crowded in the kids area and the swimmer area which was totally different from what the lifeguards said which is crazy that they just lied to our faces and honestly the swimmer area and kid area was NOT crowded at all only one lane in the swimmer area was being used by a younger kid like younger than my sister and we even saw her go on the pool with the slide and she didn't get in trouble but we did? made no sense and it was just very weird and the manager was very petty to my mom which is not correct to do and the lifeguards lied straight to our face and even if it was true and that something with the pool water, fix it! it's not our problem you can't fix your own pool that has been up for a while and no wonder because the water looks bubbly which is not because of the water splasing onto each other it's gross water and the stairs up to the slide are disgustin as well, like hire a cleaner if you can because i do not wanna be stepping on that. Over all this pool sucks no offense, it's gross and all the above and the manager, Eric or Erick, please be better manger and stop being so petty you are aleast 40 or older to be acting like this like if your pool is causing this annoyance to you, you should even own a pool or work at it. After my pool was completed, less than a year later I noticed that my pool tile, that they sold me and installed, was fading, cracking and falling off. They said it was a tile issue and not an installation issue so they should not be held responsible. After a couple of emails and messages, all communication stopped. Since pool season is coming up again, I decided to contact a more reputable company to replace my tile and replaster my pool because some of the tile was at the waterline. This was done at great expense to me. As the dealer of my pool equipment, any issues I have had, they were not helpful in any way with solving them. I had to take matters into my own hands and contact the manufacturers myself. Each time the manufacturers were able to help me remedy the problems. Customer service is not a high priority for this company.

They deliver and set up. We are in the process of buying a new one as we had a momma raccoon have her babies under our hot tub. To her it was warm and she had plenty of water. We had them come out and they recommended just buying a new one. They are giving us a decent credit on ours toward price of a new one. We just learned we need some panel upgrades before we go with another one since we just got a solar panels. They gave us a refund with no problems To me it speaks volumes about a business. The Westside Natatorium is accessible to the public and they offer public lap reservations, host competitions, team training, and they even help kiddos how to swim. The facility is setup with separate entries for spectator viewing and there are dedicated spectator bathrooms and locker room for those who are swimming. What really stood out to me is how they have an upper deck for spectators and there are plenty of rows for friends and family to watch. If you are interested in getting a swim workout in there are two ways to go about it. You can make a reservation ahead of time for a one hour session or you can roll the dice and simply walk-in. I have yet to make a reservation because the lanes are so large that it's pretty easy to grab a lane. Each lane is able to hold up to four swimmers. I've lucked out and have only had to share at most a lane with one other swimmer. Now when it comes to pricing you can pay for a swim session at a time, at the price of .... wait for it ... it's quite unbelievable ... for three dollars! You can also get unlimited swim for thirty days for only $30.
