But once my husband was called up for further check in, he was very helpful and even personally escorted us to the Imaging area. The check in there was pretty straightforward and we worked through some complications due to his implant. Overall, everything went well.

They claim they can't list me by my actual first name, because it's abbreviated on my insurance card. My insurance knows it's abbreviated and they have my full legal name. And even if their system is that complicated, there's no preferred name option? Really? So they will refer to me as a single letter instead of my actual name. I've never run into this problem before at a medical provider office and I've been to many using the same insurance card. Imagine being taken back to have a procedure done under anesthesia and the assistant you've never met tries to greet you but doesn't know what to call you because your name is missing on your paperwork, and it's just a letter. Imagine they try to call your driver back after you're done, and they don't know what to announce. Imagine you get texts after your procedure, referring to you as a single letter instead of your first name. That's exactly what happened, and I was really surprised. It's poor customer service. It creates confusion and discomfort when you're already in a vulnerable position. I work at a medical office and I can't imagine treating a patient like that. It's such a basic standard to call people by their name. I let the office know my concern and they said they can't do anything about it. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Tried to bill me for service after procedure, called the billing service, after them checking on…read moreit said it was a mistake. This was in March of 2025. It is now Sept. And got a call from a collection agency and they are trying to collect the amount. Call doctor office back and told them and they said they would have someone investigate it and get back to me. Looks like I might have to file a complaint with the AZ attorney general office that they are trying to extort money from me. My insurance company said that I do not own them anything. Stay away from them unless you want trouble.

Waited a week for banner imaging to call me about my mri, no one ever called, so I call neurology back twice trying to figure out why I wasn't getting called about an appt and Banner imaging was also not answering til today. Today Dec 2nd I found out my referral from here was NEVER SENT to banner imaging... Could you imagine if there was something severely wrong with me and something happened to me in the time frame of "waiting for banner imaging to call" when neurology never even sent in my referral. Anyways hope this was a one off for me, but who knows.

But as far as I can tell, this clinic reported my dad to the DMV as not being able to drive and diagnosed him with dementia. I do not disagree on their action with my dad's driving. I know they have a legal obligation to report people they are concerned of being a danger to themselves or others. However, it seems that they dropped the ball there. Again, they had ordered some tests through radiology and apparently my family didn't get the right tests done. From what I understand, Banner Health didn't communicate directly with radiology and was disappointed when they came back with no brain tests. I just tried calling the office to get or give information and the other person would not budge either way. I understand that HIPPA prevents them from giving information to me but even in lawyers' offices, they will receive information. I am living outside of the US and have limited functionality on calling apps that allow me to call the US so I am not able to do a three-way call directly so my dad can give them permission to speak with me. My dad doesn't want to go back after the way he was treated (which I acknowledge may not be 100% as far as his perception) but my mom and brother get the same vibe that this clinic doesn't want to deal with him and they won't even take action on making a referral so they won't have to deal with one of their patients. It seems that the medical field is changing from a place of compassion for the sick to a legal entity that is more hard-nosed than the legal industry itself. Most places would give general information (i.e. law offices, DMV) etc. But I couldn't even get that here. I hope this is just a big misunderstanding that can be resolved by staff taking action and not just waiting for the patient to call.

I have been so impressed with the care he has received these past months. The front desk is always incredibly helpful and supportive and if they don't know the answer they make sure to find it. When we have questions or concerns we have always been helped right away. The nurses in the infusion center are always very kind and supportive. There has been several times where his care plan has to be changed due to issues and Dr Halbur is always so calm and supportive and makes sure we know that just because the current plan is having to change doesn't mean there isn't another plan and that he will get us through it. So grateful for the gift of hope this center has given us.

Just go somewhere else. I got referred there after I broke out in hives. So remember I'm itchy ALL…read morethe time this happened, sometimes more sometimes less, ALWAYS ITCHY though. After my initial consult they lost me as a patient for two weeks. Took a couple days of leaving messages in the MA's mailbox before I stumbled on the only way to ever get a message through to anyone is through scheduling. But then you start to run into the shrew factor going through scheduling/front office staff. Don't get me wrong, they don't recruit specifically, I don't think. Not everyone I encountered was a shrewlike harpy just waiting for their turn to make mouth noises at you, sometimes so much so you don't get to finish yours or have to repeat the whole thing again. Some were very pleasant and you only had to say something once. But it was at least 60/40 maybe 70/30, shrews/pleasant. So they ran some tests. Took a couple weeks. Put me on some meds. Tests came back. Need more tests. Meds they just put me on that's only effect was to delay my ability to take the test by 6-8 weeks, and keep feeling doped as hell and, scratching like I'm trying to win the Oscar in Ray. So I get the test done. Now LabCorpPatient is involved here so I'm not entirely sure who to fire the "blamezooka" at on the next few they both appear to have a history of suckage. But the test gets lost. Next test, messed up somehow(effing weeks). Final test, get reffered to specialist. To kinky to go into, don't want to violate the HIPPO. Anyway I took two buses over an hour to go to my last visit. I had to fill out paperwork for conditions I didn't have, unlace my boots, (bus=walking=boots) take em off for height (umm, the same), weight (@247# w/3to5# boot, you're looking at 1-2% of the total weight is boot. No dosing is that accurate) lace 'em back up, get BP temp, someone asking me questions I just answered with things I said, a 15 minute wait, to fill out paperwork to order a shot they said I was coming in to get. The ordering has gone awry. After being tired of being cut off, repeating myself, and general lack of competence. I expressed my displeasure, I'll admit when met with snotty and haughty tones I returned fire. And near the end I was so flustered I may have treated a pleasant unfairly. Anyway they've sent me a breakup letter, I've filed a grievance with my insurance. By all means if this is the experience you're looking for give them a call.

I had an extremely positive experience here this morning. I took my 10 month old son in to get an x…read moreray on his finger that we weren't sure if it was broken. The first thing I noticed when walking in was how clean it was. The floors had no stains or dirt... which was very nice. The receptionist was fast and sweet. Got all my info quickly. We didn't have to wait long in the lobby (it was slow anyway) and when we got back to a room I noticed again how extremely clean it was. The doctor was extremely personable and so was the rest of the staff, everyone we communicated was very nice. This is the first time I've had an incredible experience at an urgent care. I've never seen one so well kept so that actually surprised me. 10/10 experience.
