I used to see Dr. Carter Gibson at Emory Internal medicine but he left the practice and i chose to…read morestay hoping i would feel the way i did about my new doctor there however, that was not the case. At this practice, i was treated like a number and not a human. All staff, with the exception of the doctor look and act miserable. I had my blood drawn as i do for my yearly physical and then get an email notification telling me i need to return in 3 months because my white blood cell count was low. I read this in an email. Nobody called me or tried to explain this to me...NOTHING. I went 6 days ago and had my blood drawn and i have yet to hear back from anyone at the practice. In the mean time, i have tried to get my husband a new patient appointment there for over 2 weeks now and i had to fill out an application for him to become a patient and they finally called back last Friday 5 minutes before they closed but we missed the call and called back but i guess they were already gone. I have now tried to call every day this week and i never ever get a live person and always have to leave a voice mail and they have yet to call me back. This is ridiculous. I will be finding a new primary care physician.

I have had appointments with Dr. Choe that were months apart and he remembers from my last visit the things (all things) we (I) talked about. He has compassion and concern for you and your health. He even asks about your family and their health care, whether he's their Doctor or not!! He truly is Exceptional! Now that's the kind of Doctor ALL Doctor's should strive to be!! My son has scoliosis and Dr Brad eases his back pain. I have nerve damage and arthritis. I really credit Dr Brad with still being able to walk. He's not just our go to chiropractor, he's a friend. A sweet and attentive Christian man who really cares about the people that comes into his office.
