There's a huge parking lot with plenty of shade trees. I mean it's Covington, so that's expected. There's a little sliding door which has a huge spiderweb smack-dab in front. That's was a little concerning but I just hurried on inside. The waiting area decor is your typical hospital decor. I did notice some adorable marble lamps that I actually ordered for my new place. The receptionists weren't close to welcoming. They looked at me as if I was a zombie or something. Dr. Grant was the best thing that happened during this visit. Attentive, assertive, an active listener and patient. I doubt I will be returning nor will I be recommending.

I used to see Dr. Carter Gibson at Emory Internal medicine but he left the practice and i chose to…read morestay hoping i would feel the way i did about my new doctor there however, that was not the case. At this practice, i was treated like a number and not a human. All staff, with the exception of the doctor look and act miserable. I had my blood drawn as i do for my yearly physical and then get an email notification telling me i need to return in 3 months because my white blood cell count was low. I read this in an email. Nobody called me or tried to explain this to me...NOTHING. I went 6 days ago and had my blood drawn and i have yet to hear back from anyone at the practice. In the mean time, i have tried to get my husband a new patient appointment there for over 2 weeks now and i had to fill out an application for him to become a patient and they finally called back last Friday 5 minutes before they closed but we missed the call and called back but i guess they were already gone. I have now tried to call every day this week and i never ever get a live person and always have to leave a voice mail and they have yet to call me back. This is ridiculous. I will be finding a new primary care physician.
