The doctors were so concerned and caring and multiple doctors came in to check on her throughout my visit. I ended up staying 3 hours because they wanted her fever to go down before I left. I stayed an hour after they closed and no one seemed to be rushing us out or anything. They didn't mind staying late because they wanted to make sure my daughter was okay. Every doctor/nurse that was there was very sweet and seemed like they had a heart for their patients. The next day they called and checked on my daughter as well to see if she was feeling better. Ive never had a doctors office do that and I thought that was so sweet. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the wait time before I saw the doctor was a little lengthy.

I wanted to give 5 stars... HOWEVER, I have been calling the office for 3 DAYS STRAIGHT, with NO ANSWER OR RETURN CALL!!! 1. I get CONSTANT recordings that tell me I'm 1st in line. Then states I'm third in line. Then tells me I'm 2nd in line...no one EVER, EVER answers! OR, I am re-routed to another office where a man answers. I have pushed every button for every option on the recording!! And NO ONE ANSWERS!!!!!!!! 2. I have 2 phone numbers to Gresham Dental that NEVER ANSWER! If this is a staffing problem, something SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO CHANGE!!! 3. I am CONSTANTLY transferred to the EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT'S recording!! Where I leave DETAILED messages...to no avail! She DOES NOT CALL ME BACK!! I have stayed on hold for HOURS attempting to get through! 4. The recording tells me to leave a call back number. I did. NO CALL BACK FOR 3 DAYS!!! 5. Prompt phone attendance is CRITICAL to EVERY medical facility. Anytime you have phones THAT CANNOT BE ANSWERED AT ALL, SOMETHING IS CRITICALLY WRONG!!!! 7. My dentist was to give me a referral to an Endodontist for this week regarding an infection. Well that's not going to happen as this week is now over! An infection is ALWAYS critical!!
