Recent visit show me how great their marine services are. Had damage on the way to Greenport. Didn't know how I would get it fixed and my boat back home. The service manager just stepped up and made it all right in one weeks time. Way beyond that normal customers service I would expect. Make a bad situation into a easy repair.

A lot of lip service and very unconcerned about doing work in a timely based. I found them enormously frustrating this year as I missed 3/4 of my mooring season because they did not attend to my boat for things they had the entire fall and winter to do.

We are booked open to close 5 days a week. Your hours arnt listed anywhere nor do you have an official Google listing, not social media accounts. Your dinky sign that the marina manager probably puts up for you says 7 days a week since the middle of May. There are many, many options out there but this should Never be one of them. If not for the lack of f*cks given but for employee attitude and professionalism, and don't get me started on pricing. Such a great opportunity they have and it's totally wasted.
