He kept me informed from the time my mowers were picked up to the time they were dropped off about a week later. One of the main reasons I selected T and J was because they could pick up my mowers and return them since I do not own a truck or trailer. The other reason was supporting small businesses. I appreciated the personal care Travis took with each of my mowers and explained everything he saw while completing the maintenance.
