Once we met with Jake, he was friendly, informative, and made the paperwork process smooth. * Our biggest disappointment was learning after closing that the truck only came with one key fob. We had asked Justin if there were two when we arrived, and he said he didn't know. Later, we found out the paperwork listed the $200 pre-negotiated discount as being for the missing key fob. That was never explained during negotiations. We had assumed the $200 was simply part of the purchase negotiation we had requested. Our local GM dealer quoted us $500-$600 for a replacement key fob, so this was frustrating. Had we known upfront that only one key was included, we would have tried to negotiate that separately. * By the time we finished, Justin was helping another customer, so we didn't receive a walkthrough of the truck's features before leaving or have a chance to ask any final questions to him. * Overall, we're very happy with the truck. The dealership is beautiful, everyone we worked with was friendly, and we'd gladly shop at Lenz Truck Center again.
