He quickly re-established a wiring connection that he discovered had become loose, so I was initially pleased with his work. A few weeks later, however, I took it back to him for an issue that I was experiencing exclusively when accelerating from a stop to no more than 5 mph. About an hour after I dropped it off, he told me that he had driven it about 15 miles - a whopping 15 miles without encountering any problems with its acceleration. He proceeded to charge me $60 for his time, and as soon as I drove it off his lot, the issue presented itself again. And when I got it up to higher speeds, not only did I notice that the tie rods now seem loose, but at least one of the wheel bearings is making a grinding sound. When I started a conversation with him about these new mechanical issues, he refused to even talk about them.

With dogs home alone and unable to figure out how to fill my Audi Q7 tire with the provided air canister, I was totally freaked. My friend called a couple of tire shops for me and this was third one she talked to. They said sure they could help me, and were at my car in 10 minutes! The man inflated the tire, found a screw causing the problem and said I could follow him to the shop with the tire now inflated. He had me on the road 30 minutes later!
