Once we met with Jake, he was friendly, informative, and made the paperwork process smooth. * Our biggest disappointment was learning after closing that the truck only came with one key fob. We had asked Justin if there were two when we arrived, and he said he didn't know. Later, we found out the paperwork listed the $200 pre-negotiated discount as being for the missing key fob. That was never explained during negotiations. We had assumed the $200 was simply part of the purchase negotiation we had requested. Our local GM dealer quoted us $500-$600 for a replacement key fob, so this was frustrating. In addition, I would have been UNABLE to replace the tire if it got flat, and I could have been stranded far away in northern Wisconsin. Rhinelander Toyota refused to take responsibility (I wanted to be reimbursed $260) initally, then offered $60. I simply want my $260 but they are being rude and disrespectful.
