I am always impressed by their ability to remove spots that I can't. My suits are always (so far) returned with all the buttons and overall condition I sent them in (except cleaner of course). But where Kimber earns its 5 stars is its Alterations! I was in a wedding a few years ago, and the gowns were from a chain bridal store (let's call it Bavid Dridal). I'll post a review there about the experience, but the important thing to know is that the $120 bridesmaid dress was way too big on me, and they wanted $175 to make the alternations. Needless to say, I was like the dress cost less and I left to find some place who would do it right and cheaper. Hence where Kimber came in. The older woman/seamstress, had me put the gown on and remeasured everything like twice. She laughed at how big it was as I was telling her my story. She charged me around $50 and I had it back in less than a week. She literally took the dress apart at the steams, cut the material and then reassembled it. I was so impressed with her work, it's where I went the next time I had to have a bridesmaid dress altered.

What I really appreciate most about Robert's Cleaners is that Eric, the owner, even texted me a detailed message about my shoes that I had serviced. To be completely honest I was super nervous giving someone my Gucci shoes, but something about this company gave me the feeling that I would be in good hands. My gut instinct was right- my dresses and shoes all came back looking like the day I first bought them! He was on time and up front about the cost... very thorough in his work and my house may have been more difficult than most with the amount of clutter he had to work around and some of the logistical challenges with having an older house. Through the process he showed me some videos and the end result of all of the dust collected throughout the house, and even went the extra step to wash all of the vent & return covers before reattaching them.
