If you read a review by Lianne T here on Yelp for the same business, it's such a similar experience. The owner (grey haired guy) immediately came over denying any wrong on his behalf. For my prom dress, I hemmed 1 inch, cut about 2 inches of my train, tightened my bust, tightened my waist and tightened my thigh, tightened it under my butt and it ONLY cost $100!!! For how much and what I wanted done, it was so inexpensive for a great work ethic. I wish I took a before picture of the dress but take my word for it, it was sloppy, I would have to hold the dress up for it to stay. On top of that I was looking for a matching pocket square and bow tie but couldn't find one so I asked if it's possible to make it out the train she had cut off and she said she could try. As result she was able to and it was ONLY $30 for both!!! I bought pocket squares and bow ties online that I thought was like the purple for $50. She did everything within a week and accommodated to me, she made sure I was satisfied. I had a great experience working with her and will definitely work with her again in the future.
