He's consistently respectful and polite, always greeting customers with "Yes, ma'am" and "No, ma'am." That level of courtesy really stands out these days! I have the Clean Pass, so I visit both the Lacey and Yelm locations regularly. Since I no longer work in Lacey, it was such a pleasant surprise to see Jake at the Yelm location. Took so many calls and days later spoke to someone. They just apologized for the "GLITCH" out of the BREMERTON car wash. This card used was for a vacation coming up and now I had to cancel the card to prevent additional charges. Messages on voicemail, no call back. Finally 3rd call got a person. Website, joke too. People that work there, just give you a phone number. Pretty sad, that now I can't keep my car washed there anymore because I don't want my cards charged fees without my permission.
