He's consistently respectful and polite, always greeting customers with "Yes, ma'am" and "No, ma'am." That level of courtesy really stands out these days! I have the Clean Pass, so I visit both the Lacey and Yelm locations regularly. Since I no longer work in Lacey, it was such a pleasant surprise to see Jake at the Yelm location. He then got upset and said he knows how to do math but he can't do anything about it. I told him I'm not getting ripped off especially with how high the prices are and again he said he won't do anything about it. I told him if the gas pumps are charging 20 cents more than I wonder how much profit they made at the cost of unsuspecting customers. I know that the entire West Hills Auto Plex uses that gas station and that's a lot of money coming through. He again said he won't do anything because he doesn't want his til to be off.
