He's consistently respectful and polite, always greeting customers with "Yes, ma'am" and "No, ma'am." That level of courtesy really stands out these days! I have the Clean Pass, so I visit both the Lacey and Yelm locations regularly. Since I no longer work in Lacey, it was such a pleasant surprise to see Jake at the Yelm location.
