So after nearly five months of this nonsense we went back and asked if our meat was done. Again, no. (Shocker...) Okay we said, then give it back to us right now and we'll take it somewhere else. He then had the audacity to tell is to come back for it later, to which we said, "No, that's not convenient and we'd like it all back right now." He uttered a profanity and then went into his freezer to get our meat, which had been stored in ripped trash bags! I don't even know yet how much will be lost to freezer burn. So after all of that, I have very little of the meat I started with and it wasn't even mine or even the correct species. Go anywhere other than Don's Country Smokehouse. Do a little research and you will find some awful reviews that are almost hard to believe. But now, I bet they are true.
